As the VP of B2B Sales, RoW, you are responsible for revenue growth across our key international markets outside the US. This is a
leadership role designed for an expert commercial strategist who balances high-level vision with a hands-on, execution-oriented
leadership style. Inheriting a high-performing, cross-functional organization, you will own both new logo acquisition and driving
positive Net Retention Rate (NRR) across our existing portfolio.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll join an embedded, AI-native analytics team that sits inside the commercial and product domains driving our growth. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the VP of Revenue Operations and Global Sales Leadership as we scale our enterprise business — defining what success looks like across the full bow-tie funnel, from pipeline generation to expansion revenue, and proving it with data. You'll have a dedicated mandate within the Enterprise GTM org while drawing on the shared infrastructure, engineering support, and peers of our central Data & Analytics team. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define success metrics, surface growth opportunities across the enterprise bow-tie funnel, and shape GTM strategy with evidence — proactively raising the questions stakeholders haven't thought to ask. * Build and refine the models that steer the business — customer segmentation for territory and capacity planning, lead and account scoring for pipeline quality, and forecasting for pipeline and revenue. * Make our data trustworthy for agentic analytics — enrich context and metadata, and use AI coding tools to ship instrumentation and data-quality fixes directly so both people and AI tools can rely on it. * Own the analytical backbone of how the enterprise business is steered — KPI and metric definitions aligned across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and the monthly, quarterly, and annual performance forums, owning the narrative, not just the slides. * Close data gaps and build scalable, self-serve measurement infrastructure so GTM teams can monitor long-term performance without you in the loop. * Uphold rigor as self-serve expands — push back on false precision in pipeline and forecast numbers, set the bar for what good analysis looks like, and resist sophistication, statistical or AI, where a simpler approach serves the decision better. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Senior-level influence. You've driven real business impact by shaping decisions at the leadership level and moving revenue outcomes. * High agency. Habit of driving decisions through tailored communication and data storytelling. * Sharp analytical instincts. You scope vague questions with vetted frameworks, state hypotheses up front, and reason to a defensible answer even with imperfect data. * Sound judgement about data. A solid grasp of statistics and the discernment to know when past data predicts the future and when to override it for where the business is heading. * Technical versatility. Proficiency across SQL and Python (notebooks in Hex), dbt (on BigQuery), plus experience with AI coding tools and techniques including context engineering and evals. * PLG/SaaS fluency. Hands-on experience in product-led and SaaS businesses, with a solid grasp of subscription economics and the metrics that drive them. THE ROLE Mission: Operationalize Legora's biggest launches and marketing programs — keeping product, marketing, and go-to-market moving as one, so the work ships on time and lands with impact. This role reports directly to the VP of Product Marketing. What you'll do Operationalize launches end to end. Own the operational backbone of major product launches: build the launch plan, track every workstream, and keep owners accountable to dates. You're the person who knows the status of everything and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks between teams. Drive marketing programs to completion. Manage the projects that keep the PMM engine running — campaigns, enablement pushes, content programs — from kickoff through delivery. Set the cadence, run the check-ins, and keep momentum when things get complex. Keep cross-functional teams aligned. Sit at the center of PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM and drive tight collaboration across all four. Translate between functions, surface dependencies early, and turn a room of competing priorities into a single shared plan. Build the operating rhythm. Establish and maintain the systems that make launches repeatable: trackers, status reporting, launch calendars, and retrospectives. Leave every program better documented and easier to run than the last. Protect the timeline. When a deliverable slips or priorities collide, you triage, escalate the right things to the right people, and keep the launch on track without waiting to be told. Manage external agency relationships. Own the day-to-day ops with creative, content, and other external partners: brief them clearly, hold them to scope and deadlines, and make sure their output meets the bar. You're the bridge between Legora's creative standards and the work that comes back, in partnership with brand design and PMM. Who succeeds in this role An experienced operator who runs programs like an owner: highly organized, calm under deadline pressure, and energized by getting cross-functional teams to pull in the same direction. You communicate crisply, chase down ambiguity rather than wait it out, and care more about outcomes shipping than tasks being logged. You move fluently between stakeholders at every level of the organization — from individual contributors to executives — and manage external partners with the same rigor. Fluent enough in product and marketing to earn the trust of both. As a Renewal Manager at Tacton, you will play a key role in securing recurring revenue, reducing churn, and driving successful renewals for customers globally.
