Workday integration specialist
I arbetet ingår att designa, utveckla och felsöka integrationer av data till/från Workday, men även att ha koll på infrastruktur. Hur arkitekturen ser ut och vilken påverkan som finns till övrig infrastruktur hos kund. Det innebär även kontakt med leverantörer.
Du kommer in som konsult och kommer att bli en del i ett team som jobbar tillsammans för att förvalta och utveckla integrationer. Det ingår även att vara support till användare. Tjänsten kommer bli placerad i Stockholm eller Linköping.
Kompetenskrav
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av Workday Integration Framework
Workday inbound och outbound-integrationer (utveckla, felsöka)
Erfarenhet av kodning
EIB – för enklare filbaserade integrationer
Core Connectors (en eller flera, gärna certifierad)
HCM
Payroll
Workday Studio (för att kunna bygga mer avancerade integrationer) Om man inte kan detta, men kan t ex Eclipse så går det att lära sig.
PGP och SFTP
Kunna mappa data mellan system
Ha en förståelse för HR-processer (”Core HR”, Payroll, Learning mm)
Ha en förmåga att omvandla affärskrav till teknisk lösning
Tidigare erfarenhet av att jobba med payroll-integrationer alternativt integrationer generellt kopplat till Workday
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

Your workdays will be filled with various, fast-paced, and stimulating tasks in a dynamic and diverse work environment together with motivated people. You will work with internal and external parties and support our customers with new/updated functionality and solve existing challenges in our integration landscape. You will be supporting our development teams with integration expertise. Responsibilities 🤘 Support development teams and our customer integration teams in integration setup/development, most often as an expert, a sounding board and/or reviewer Monitor, manage, update, and improve our technical setup Further develop the capabilities of our integration platform Participate in overseeing operations and support our internal teams with operational information Participate in day-to-day operations of the integration platform, including patches, admin and more Participate in managing CI/CD toolchains What are we looking for? 🔎 Software engineer degree, preferably BSc in computer science or equal Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in Kubernetes Configuration of GitHub CI/CD tools Programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python. Experience in Java and LUA is a plus. Desirable: IdP (Identity provider) tools/systems experience Native / Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Experience with Postgres and Redis in production, including performance tuning and reliability practices. Experience supporting feature development teams with infrastructure decisions, reviews, and hands-on deployment support. Strong observability skills, including logging, metrics, alerting, and incident response. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive infrastructure projects from concept to production. You'll work at the intersection of agent architecture, context-, tool- and prompt engineering, and production infrastructure. Other Qualifications: Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production. Experience building agent platforms or AI infrastructure. Deep understanding of the low-level details of the OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic LLM APIs, including tool calling, system prompt caching, etc. Familiarity with LLM application patterns, including tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), memory and context management, multi-step orchestration, and human-in-the-loop systems. Experience building and running machine learning systems in production, including compiling training and test datasets, building training pipelines, evaluating models, and detecting and handling drift (neural networks, Gaussian models, Thompson sampling, etc.). Experience designing evaluation frameworks for LLM or agent quality and safety, including hands-on use of platforms such as Langfuse or LangSmith. Familiarity with vector databases, prompt and context engineering, and experimentation tooling. Experience working with sandbox environments such as Modal, and designing strict access control models to keep user data safe and encrypted at all times. Experience running services in Kubernetes-based environments on GCP or equivalent cloud platforms. Comfort working with Postgres and Redis in high-throughput, low-latency service contexts. Contributions to open source TypeScript projects. Ability to navigate ambiguity, make strong technical tradeoffs, and drive projects from concept to production. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across engineering, product, and AI research teams.
