THE ROLE Yubico is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Platform team working on Yubikey as a Service. It is an Enterprise solution that customers use to manage the lifecycle of their credentials and YubiKey deployment at scale. You should have a passion for building the platform for Enterprise-grade applications. We are looking for a teammate who is proactive, works well within and across teams, and has a desire to do things right and learn. You will develop the platform to support products used by many top Enterprise companies and will get to see your work in use right away. Tasks and Responsibilities:  * Understand, enhance, maintain, and grow the platform that powers our services * Develop your skills in designing and developing a testable, scalable and globally-distributed set of services used by a variety of Enterprise customers * Work collaboratively across functions - Product Managers, Security, Infrastructure, UX designers, Support * Work with a variety of technologies and increase your experience in many areas, ranging from cloud platform services and REST design to data compliance and web security * Work collaboratively with a tight-knit, multi-national development team to create well-architected software * Participate in an on-call rotation and gain experience supporting business-critical Enterprise services BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of software development experience (or equivalent) * Experience building commercial software * Experience with back-end software development * Experience working with relational databases * Experience with one or more common web-backend languages such as (but not limited to) Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), C#, Rust BONUS QUALIFICATIONS * Hands-on experience with Go and/or Java/Kotlin * Hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Redis * Experience with one of the three major cloud platforms * Authentication and authorization technologies, modern security practices   #LI-IR1 We are an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity and uphold an inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued.  Help us go towards cloud 2030. As a technical IAM Specialist at Nordnet, you will be crucial in managing and enhancing the core of our IAM platform as we work towards a full cloud migration. Your role involves developing while ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable solutions within our IAM framework to achieve this cloud-ready goal. A techie with drive. Your closest colleagues will be the IAM Process Owner and other system specialists, and together you will collaborate to further improve the IAM experience at Nordnet. You like to be technically hands-on doing development, analysis, implementation and maintenance. The main system you’ll be working with is EntraID (AzureAD). Experience with IdentityNow/ISC and Google Workspace/Cloud Identity is a plus. As IAM Specialist, you Oversee day-to-day management and continuous improvement of Nordnet's IAM systems, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and user experience standards. From support requests to access certifications, role based access configuration, application integrations, SSO and new improvements. Work closely with the IAM Process Owner and other system specialists to align IAM strategies with broader management goals i.e. towards cloud solutions. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in IAM, proposing and implementing improvements to our platform. We are looking for a proactive professional who doesn't just manage systems but actively automates workflows to ensure the company scales securely. Key Responsibilities: Identity & Access Management: Own the Okta environment, including SSO (SAML 2.0/OIDC), MFA enforcement, and complex Okta Workflows. Manage Entra ID for hybrid scenarios and conditional access. Lifecycle Automation: Design and maintain SCIM-driven automated provisioning/deprovisioning to ensure seamless employee onboarding and offboarding. Google Workspace Admin: Full oversight of the Google Workspace console, including DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), email routing, and security configurations. Apple Device Management: Lead the full lifecycle for macOS and iOS devices via MDM (Kandji or Jamf), utilizing Apple Business Manager for zero-touch deployment. SaaS & Tooling: Administer and optimize business-critical platforms like Slack, Zoom, and Workwize, keeping integrations and licenses aligned with company growth.
