Overview
As Sereact scales, the visibility of our technological vision and the efficiency of our leadership team become key strategic
advantages. We are looking for a Founders Associate to our CTO, Marc Tuscher, to act as his right hand. Your mission is twofold:
positioning Marc as a leading voice in the "Embodied AI" space and mastering the operational daily business of the CTO office.
This is a true "zero-to-one" mandate: you will work at the intersection of technology, branding, and operations, directly
impacting the company’s growth and public perception.

OVERVIEW: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts to play a central role in the ongoing development of our customer base and the company's long-term strategic direction. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery, and 3PL sectors, while identifying and developing new business opportunities within our existing and potential client portfolio. You will craft tailored go-to-market strategies to boost sales and expand market share, analyze market trends and customer demands to position our AI solutions effectively, and provide on-site support for our strategic accounts with up to 50% travel. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Management * Network maintenance and expansion: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers in the Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery and 3PL sectors. * Strategic client development: Identifying and developing new business opportunities within our existing and potential client portfolio. * Go-to-market strategies (G2M): Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies to boost sales and expand market share. * Market analysis: Identifying trends and customer demands to best position our AI solutions. * Willingness to travel: On-site support for our strategic accounts (up to 50% on-the-road travel required). QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience * Network in intralogistics: you have in-depth contacts and a good understanding of the logistics and industrial sector. * Experience in a scale-up environment: You are familiar with the challenges and opportunities associated with rapid growth in a dynamic company. * Go-to-market expertise: Proven success in developing and implementing G2M strategies. * Technical background: Ideally an engineering degree or equivalent qualification to best understand our technically demanding products.
