The CRM Executive will coordinate and execute CRM projects and campaigns, be the point of contact with all stakeholders involved and making sure that quality is delivered across all levels. The main responsibilities will be to:
A taste of what you’ll do
Assist the CRM Team with day-to-day tasks and coordinate CRM projects and activities as requested
Coordinate, set up and deliver all CRM campaigns, AB Tests, and automated programs
Execute and deliver campaigns for different languages across multiple channels including but not limited to newsletters, direct mail and SMS’s
Ensure quality across all levels including but not limited to: translations, content, artwork, bonuses, newsletters and landing pages
Handle lists and ensure correct segmentation as per requests· Any other task/responsibility which may be related and/or connected to the role of CRM Executive
Liaise and communicate with the Customer Service department to ensure smooth running of campaigns from start to finish.
Provide campaign monitoring and evaluation including customer support feedback
Create and distribute customer surveys
Compile and provide feedback on CRM Tools
Liaise with the design and content team to ensure delivery of campaigns, successfully and on time
Who and what we are after?
Highly organized character with attention to detail as well as being able to work with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, performance measurement, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Ability to use MS Office to generate and present reports
Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Fluency in other languages is a bonus
Knowledge of marketing & product lifecycle is considered an asset
Experience using HTML code for emails marketing is a plus
Strong proficiency in CRM systems is essential, experience using Optimove is a plus.

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to help accelerate our growth across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. This is a hybrid role combining both new business acquisition and account growth. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new customer prospects and expanding revenues across existing customer accounts. We are looking for someone who has a strong track record in Enterprise sales, with experience in both direct and partner sales models. You bring a strong SaaS/software sales background, a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets, and experience managing complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders. Experience within cybersecurity is a strong plus, especially if you’ve worked with customers in banking, financial services, or fintech environments. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Singapore at the time of application. Please note that we are unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship for this role. SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ALL DAY? * Drive new business acquisition across the APAC region, with a focus on Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. * Manage and grow existing customer relationships through strategic account management and expansion opportunities. * Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing. * Develop and execute land-and-expand strategies within existing accounts to maximize long-term revenue growth. * Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders across SMB and enterprise customers. * Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing and Product teams to support customer success and pipeline generation. * Identify market opportunities and contribute to regional go-to-market strategies. * Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene. * Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and regional conferences when needed. THIS IS THE PERFECT JOB FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS * 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar hybrid sales role, managing both hunting and farming responsibilities, within software or SaaS environments. * A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets, including annual quotas of at least >1M SGD. * Strong experience with land-and-expand sales motions and growing existing accounts. * Experience selling into both SMB and enterprise environments. * Exposure to banking, financial services, insurance (FSI), and fintech customers. * Experience within the cybersecurity industry is a strong plus. * Experience working across the Singaporean, Indonesian and Malaysian markets. * Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. * Comfortable selling technical solutions to both business, technical and C-level audiences. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. * Additional language skills in Mandarin/Chinese and/or Malay are considered a strong plus. * Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency in Singapore. * Open to being in the office 5 days a week, at least for the first year. WHY WE NEED YOU The Senior Partner Manager manages the global partner ecosystem, including System Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) across EMEA and the US, driving partner performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Your mission is to expand, enable, and optimize Maltego’s partner network — ensuring partners are onboarded effectively, equipped for success, compliant with Maltego’s processes, and positioned to drive high-quality revenue. This is a senior role accountable for driving channel-sourced and channel-influenced revenue, building a high-performing partner pipeline, and expanding ARR through existing and newly recruited partners. The role balances partner strategy, revenue growth, and co-selling execution, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Partner Operations teams. WHAT TO EXPECT Channel Revenue Growth & Commercial Ownership * Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue outcomes, including pipeline creation, deal progression, and ARR growth. * Drive channel pipeline generation against defined targets, ensuring healthy pipeline coverage via partners. * Lead joint account planning with Sales and partners, focusing on large and strategic opportunities. * Actively support partner co-selling, including deal strategy, positioning, and executive alignment for larger opportunities. * Drive renewals and expansions through partners in collaboration with Account Management and Sales.
