repairing or replacing faucets and toilets, operating a sewer cleanout auger, diagnosing and repairing a simple water leak
Electrical work such as light fixtures, GFCI’s, understanding lightbulb wattage, replacing breakers and fuses, replacing outlets
and light switches Carpentry work such as building stairs and ramps, framing doors and windows, installing landscaping timbers
Additional residential repairs including replacing/installing floors, installing siding and skirting, installing/replacing doors
and windows, drywalling and painting Oversee the curb appeal of the community and make sure it is up to Riverstone Communities’
standards which includes: Picking up trash around the community Groundskeeping including lawn mowing, planting flowers,
weeding/weed eating, etc Complete clean outs of homes Read water meters for each home (if applicable) Finish work orders in an
efficient and timely manner Take training classes online/virtually via a computer or tablet Complete day to day duties with
minimal supervision Adhere to all safety laws and regulations Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies Level 3
Maintenance Technician Requirements: 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial property maintenance OR in a technical
field such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC 3+ years of experience in groundskeeping and/or landscaping 3+ years of experience in
some of the following: carpentry, painting (indoor/outdoor), flooring, drywalling, installing windows and doors, roofing, or
framing Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds Willing to work outside in all weather
conditions Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to
different locations on the property) with a valid driver’s license **Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for
