team members comes first - always. The Quality Assurance Manager is accountable for implementing and verifying their facility’s
adherence to Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation (PPC) Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) programs. This Manager leads the
facilities food safety and quality culture through their supervisors and team, establishing and maintaining quality assurance
standards, procedures and controls. This position works directly with corporate and plant management teams. Responsibilities: Lead
and manage food safety and quality programs to ensure consistent production standards and regulatory compliance. Develop and
implement procedures and training aligned with corporate FSQA policies, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Use
statistical analysis and budgeting techniques to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction in quality operations. Coordinate
with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer complaints and maintain strong relationships. Oversee audits and
inspections from customers, third parties, and regulatory agencies, ensuring readiness and compliance. Coach and develop FSQA team
members, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and quality excellence. Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need:
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science or similar field; or five (5) years related experience and/or training, or
equivalent combination of education and training. Certifications: GFSI (BRC specifically) training preferred. Experience:
Supervisory experience required, preferably in poultry processing or slaughter operations. Must have an understanding of USDA and
OSHA regulations. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills,
both written and verbal. Quick learner of customer quality programs and adaptable to change. Solid math and analytical abilities
for problem-solving and decision-making. Reliable and ethical, with a strong work ethic and punctuality. Team-oriented and
self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
Candidate Expectations: Travel up to 10% annually, with occasional overnight stays (1–4 days per trip). Flexible schedule
required, including some weekends and varying shifts to meet deadlines. Works independently while upholding company values and
supporting FSQA programs. Maintains a positive, collaborative work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Comfortable navigating production areas and equipment safely and efficiently. Proactively identifies and addresses safety and food

SCOPE OF WORK The Quality Assurance Manager for Gaylor Electric is expected to understand and interpret design packages for projects and be capable of interpreting job site specifications. The ideal candidate can establish and maintain quality control goals through training to ensure employee awareness of the roles and responsibilities regarding quality assurance. The Quality Assurance Manager must be independent self-motivated, innovative, resourceful, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The Quality Assurance Manager is pivotal in electrical installations to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability, maintaining customer satisfaction and a competitive edge in the market. POSITION REQUIREMENTS * Uses Gaylor Core Values as tools to carry out all job responsibilities * Promotes the philosophy of Gaylor Core Values, inspires commitment to excellence and openness to effectively promote Gaylor’s culture * Fosters a culture of quality throughout Gaylor by promoting awareness and accountability * Must be self-motivated and work without direct supervision * Must display sound judgement and decision making * Partners with others to identify and meet Gaylor objectives and customer needs * Works collaboratively with other departments to perform advanced, diversified, and complex tasks * Strong administrative, organization, and communication skills * Organizes and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines * Displays exceptional organization skills for record keeping and documentation purposes * Must be able to read and interpret design packages for projects and job site specifications * Extensive knowledge of National Electrical Code and AHJ requirements POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * Designs, implements, and maintains quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements * Establishes and maintains QC procedures for each stage of the manufacturing and/or installation process and conducts regular inspections, audits, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement * Establishes key quality performance indicators to assess and analyze effectiveness of QA processes to identify areas for improvement * Utilizes data analytics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement * Leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes * Works closely with other departments to address quality issues, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives * Collaborates with suppliers to establish quality standards for raw materials and components * Conducts supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality requirements * Provides and initiates QC training on procedures, best practices and ensures awareness of roles and responsibilities regarding QA * Maintains accurate records and ensures documentation is complete, organized, and accessible for audits * Monitors customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implements corrective actions * Collaborates with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction * Identifies potential risks to product quality and develops strategies to mitigate risks through assessments, implementing preventive measures, and establishing contingency plans * Leads and conducts quality control meetings with project team and/or customer * Creates and maintains Quality and Commissioning Schedules on the jobsite * Communicates and manages open observations with installation teams WORKING CONDITIONS * May require working in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.) depending on job location and/or time of year * Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (port-o-lets) * Must have required hand tools at all times while at work site (waist tool belts can weigh up to 30 lbs.) * Must be able to work scheduled hours as well as overtime, as required, on short notice * Must be able to work in noisy environments * Must be able to remain calm in times of heightened emotional situations * Must work well with others as a member of a team to complete tasks PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Must be able to wear personnel protective equipment (i.e., hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high visibility vest, safety harness, etc.) when required * Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead for extended periods of time * Ability to lift loads of up to 51 lbs. * Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers * Ability to climb and use ladders and scaffolding of all types for extended periods of time * Possess good vision/hearing (normal or corrected) * Ability to make transition from designated employee parking areas to construction areas and be able to gain access to all levels of building/structure, even if only means of access is by OSHA approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction but deemed safe for use * Ability to work while constantly moving * Ability to reach and stretch to position equipment, fixtures, etc. while maintaining balance * Ability to use both hands simultaneously for tying knots and for proper use of power equipment * Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring * Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits EDUCATION * High school graduate, or equivalent * Apprenticeship completion or relevant craft electrician certification preferred EXPERIENCE * Three or more years in electrical QC preferred * NFPA 70E preferred; Journeymen license preferred * Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred

Quality Assurance Manager Feversham, ON $100,000 – $115,000 + Performance Bonus At Ice River Sustainable Solutions, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who doesn't lead quality from behind a desk. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, building relationships with Operations, Maintenance and Sanitation teams, solving problems at their source, and creating a culture where quality and food safety are everyone's responsibility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll lead all aspects of the site's Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs while helping drive operational excellence across one of our flagship manufacturing facilities. What You'll Do * Lead the Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams while coaching and developing employees. * Own site quality performance, proactively identifying risks and driving corrective actions through to sustainable resolution. * Maintain a visible presence on the production floor, partnering with Operations and Maintenance to continuously improve product quality and manufacturing performance. * Lead customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. * Maintain compliance with SQF, regulatory, customer and corporate quality standards. * Analyze and present quality data, trends and KPIs to support operational decision-making and plant performance. * Monitor quality metrics including rejects, scrap, rework, product holds and non-conformances while implementing solutions that improve overall performance. * Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, documentation and training programs. * Foster a proactive quality culture built on accountability, urgency, collaboration and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For * Post-secondary education in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or another related discipline. * 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis and corrective action processes. * Experience leading quality investigations, audits and continuous improvement initiatives. * Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends and present meaningful recommendations that drive action. * Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills. * Experience with SQF or comparable food safety certification programs is strongly preferred. * Food and/or beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. * Experience supporting plastics manufacturing would be considered an asset. * SAP experience is considered an asset.
