WHO WE ARE Evora Group is a specialist SAP consulting and services partner with deep expertise in SAP Cloud ERP transformation. We help mid-market and enterprise organizations across North America unlock operational efficiency and scalability through SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and adjacent SAP solutions. We are a trusted partner within the SAP ecosystem and are growing our North American sales presence to capitalize on significant market demand. We are looking for a driven, experienced Account Executive to own and grow our SAP Cloud ERP sales motion in North America. This is a high-impact individual contributor role built around three core pillars: owning complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, cultivating deep relationships within the SAP field organization, and proactively generating your own pipeline. This is not an overlay or a channel role - you will carry a quota and be expected to build and close business. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Full SAP Cloud ERP Sales Cycle Ownership * Manage end-to-end sales cycles for SAP Cloud ERP opportunities - from initial qualification through discovery, solution design, business case development, negotiation, and close. * Develop account and territory strategies that maximize win rates and average deal size. * Work cross-functionally with presales, delivery, and leadership to craft compelling, customer-specific proposals and demonstrations. * Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in CRM (HubSpot), with a consistent methodology across stages. * Meet and exceed annual quota targets; operate with a sense of urgency and accountability throughout the quarter. SAP Ecosystem Relationship Building * Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with SAP Territory Managers, Account Executives, and Partner Business Managers across your assigned North American territory. * Position Evora Group as the go-to implementation and transformation partner for SAP-led Cloud ERP opportunities - ensuring inbound referrals and co-sell motions flow to you. * Participate in SAP field events, QBRs, partner days, and industry meetups to deepen relationships and stay visible within the SAP ecosystem * Develop a systematic approach to tracking SAP territory alignment and ensuring warm, reciprocal relationships at the local and regional level. * Collaborate on joint account plans with SAP field teams where opportunities exist for coordinated pursuit. Self-Generated Pipeline & Market Intelligence * Proactively source new opportunities through your personal network, outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic outreach - not solely through SAP-referred leads. * Monitor market intelligence for pipeline triggers: leadership changes, ERP system end-of-life signals, funding events, M&A activity, and organizational growth inflection points. * Represent Evora Group at industry conferences, SAP user groups (ASUG), trade shows, and networking events across North America. * Develop and execute account-based prospecting campaigns in collaboration with marketing to penetrate target verticals and accounts. * Build a reputation as a trusted SAP Cloud ERP advisor - leveraging thought leadership, social presence, and community engagement to drive awareness and inbound interest. WHAT YOU BRING Required Skills: * Energetic attitude with a passion to succeed in quota attainment and teamwork. * 5+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years selling Cloud solutions (S/4HANA Cloud, SAP ERP, ByDesign, or adjacent Cloud portfolio). * Demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (typically 6–9 months) and closing six-to-seven figure deals. * Existing relationships within the SAP field organization - Territory Managers, Account Executives, or Partner channels - that can be activated from day one. * Strong hunter mentality: you can self-source pipeline and don't rely on inbound alone to hit your number. * Experience selling ERP transformations to C-suite buyers (CFO, COO, CIO) and navigating complex organizational buying processes. * Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and standard enterprise sales methodologies. * Excellent communication, discovery, executive presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to travel, up to 25% minimum, as needed within North America for customer meetings, SAP events, and industry conferences. Preferred Skills: * SAP Partner certification, SAP Activate methodology knowledge, or formal SAP sales training. * Experience at an SAP reseller, VAR, or systems integrator (SI) environment. * Existing warm prospect network or book of business in North American mid-market or enterprise segments. * Familiarity with SAP partner program structures, deal registration, and co-sell motion mechanics. * Knowledge of key SAP Cloud ERP verticals: manufacturing, professional services, retail, or life sciences. WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive base salary with uncapped commission - OTE commensurate with experience. * Generous PTO, comprehensive medical, dental & vision coverage, and 401(k) with employer match. * Remote-first culture with flexibility and autonomy over how you manage your territory. * Access to Evora Group's SAP partnership resources, enablement, and technical presales support. * A collaborative, expert team with deep SAP delivery credibility behind every deal. * Clear career path as we scale our North American presence. * Company-supported attendance at key SAP and industry events.
