You will work hands-on with the technical implementation, customization, integration and maintenance of a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales platform. The assignment is part of an agile, cross-functional CRM product team working with a business-critical CRM solution in an international environment. Role: Senior Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Developer Start: As soon as possible Language: Fluent English Location: Sweden / hybrid or remote depending on customer setup Responsibilities You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales solutions, including: Customizations in Dynamics 365 CE Plugins, workflows and business rules CRM platform configuration and technical implementation Integration development with Azure services CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps Development using .NET, C#, JavaScript and/or TypeScript Maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of the CRM solution Collaboration with architects, developers, testers, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, integration specialists and other teams Supporting structured delivery, documentation, traceability and quality control in line with enterprise transformation needs You will contribute to a CRM platform where quality, delivery control, maintainability and traceability are important parts of successful implementation and lifecycle governance. Required experience We are looking for a senior profile with: 8+ years of experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE Sales Strong hands-on experience with: Customizations Plugins Workflows Business rules Strong technical skills in: .NET C# JavaScript and/or TypeScript Experience with Azure services such as: Function Apps Service Bus Storage Accounts Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps Fluent English, spoken and written Nice to have Experience with one or more of the following is an advantage: Integration development Kafka Snowflake Confluent Cloud MS SQL WSO2 Hands-on Azure DevOps experience Higher education in a relevant field Personal profile You are independent, quality-focused and hands-on. OPPORTUNITY The Senior Applications Developer and Data Specialist will join Brunswick’s ICT team within the Business Applications function, reporting to the Group Head of Business Applications. The role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and continued development of Brunswick’s core non-AI business systems, while supporting all data and automation initiatives within the ICT department. ABOUT THE ROLE We are a key service provider to the business and deliver Internal ICT services to Brunswick colleagues across 27 offices around the world.  Our ICT department is made up of several core teams, Service, Infrastructure, Applications and our Programme management office.  Working in close collaboration with the ICT Security team, our Security team integrates seamlessly into our processes and security-oriented projects. You will be responsible for the development, integration, and ongoing support of Brunswick’s business‑critical applications and data platforms, working closely with stakeholders in business teams such as Finance, Business Intelligence, Marketing, HR and with all internal ICT teams:- Infrastructure, Information Security, Projects and Service delivery. Key responsibilities include: * Develop, support, and maintain core business applications, including Dynamics 365 (Finance, CRM, Marketing), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Microsoft Forms. Collaboration platforms such as Egnyte and SharePoint; and the data warehouse / data lake. * Manage API implementations, integrations, and automation workflows. * Develop and support internal ICT data and reporting mechanisms, engaging with all ICT teams to identify and execute automation initiatives * Support Power BI reporting and data warehouse solutions. * Embed and maintain secure development practices and support all ISO audit activities, ensuring that all application work aligns with Brunswick’s information security standards and governance framework * Reduce dependency on external contractors through in‑house delivery. * Contribute to application and data architecture decisions and longer-term platform roadmaps (non-AI systems) * Environment management for applications. * Act as a technical lead in vendor discussions, roadmap reviews, and third-party application assessments. * Take a lead role in defining data quality standards, validation processes, and ownership models across systems. * Oversight of DevOps and release management * Proactively engage business teams to identify opportunities for automation, reporting improvements, and process optimization.
