About the role
As founding Software Engineer at Cerve, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, maintaining and securing our
infrastructure and products to drive connectivity in the food industry.
In collaboration with the Engineering and Product team, you will design and build our core infrastructure, distributed platform
and API products. This role involves coding, setting development standards, and ensuring solutions are reliable, performant,
scalable and secured.
As our Software Engineer, you will be collaborating with the engineering and product teams. You will have a significant impact on
our infrastructure and products, designing and delivering performant and scalable solutions while maintaining high coding

ABOUT THE ROLE Our Sales Development team play a crucial role in building an effective outbound sales strategy, whilst working closely with the Account Executives. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with enterprises to help them generate new experiences and monetisation opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will: * Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market * Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers * Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion. * Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends * Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness * Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results REQUIREMENTS * 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of securing net-new business meetings * Proven ability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and verticals * Fluency with modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach strategies * Experience building and scaling outbound processes in fast-paced environments * Intellectually curious, asking thoughtful questions and developing insights-driven approaches to outreach * Highly self-motivated, able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team culture * Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of leads efficiently * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English * Fluency in additional Nordic languages is desirable but not essential

Our ideal candidate has a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major Swedish financial institutions — and is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology. In this role you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage our industry-leading models and ElevenAgents — our end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents — to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies. In this role you will: 1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Sweden, with a primary focus on Financial Services & Insurance, to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals. 2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency for financial services institutions. 3. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers. 4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends, particularly as they apply to regulated Swedish financial services organizations. 5. Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants. 6. Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Swedish financial services sector, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures. 7. Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts. 8. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents. Requirements: * 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms. * Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement. * Well-connected in the Swedish financial services landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level. * Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value. * Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Sweden, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures. * Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly. * Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers. * A hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale. * Native or full professional proficiency in Swedish; strong English for internal collaboration.
