Role Overview
As the S&OP Planning Manager, you will lead the Taiwan S&OP process to keep our growth on track. You will own the full planning
cycle, making sure our infrastructure, labor, and inventory stay in sync to meet customer demand. You will act as the network

Instead of just managing "supply," you will use data to decide what to build and whento launch it. You will analyze e-commerce trends, competitor gaps, and consumer behavior in Taiwan to direct local factories to produce high-margin, high-demand products that will Wow the customers. What you will do: * Data-Driven Assortment Planning: Analyze platform sales data to identify "white space" opportunities for new product launches at better profitability. * Strategic Launch Decisions: Own the "Go/No-Go" decision for new products. Use pre-launch testing, A/B testing on landing pages, and competitive pricing analysis to validate a product’s potential before committing to factory MOQs. * Direct Factory Partnerships: Identify Taiwan-based manufacturers capable of "Agile Production"—factories that can handle smaller initial test batches and scale quickly based on real-time sales performance. * Commercial Negotiation: Focus negotiations on speed-to-market and re-order flexibility rather than just unit cost. Secure terms that allow for "just-in-time" inventory to minimize overstock risk & ensure consistent availability. * Lifecycle Management: Monitor post-launch performance metrics (Conversion Rate, Return Rate, ROAS) to decide whether to double down on a factory line, iterate the design, or exit the category. * Competitor Benchmarking: Regularly scrape and analyze competitor pricing and reviews to ensure our direct-to-factory products maintain a superior value proposition. Essential Qualifications: * E-commerce Savvy: Deep understanding of the Taiwan e-commerce ecosystem, including seasonal spikes and local consumer purchasing triggers. * Factory & Product understanding : Deep understanding of the product categories and factories that can deliver products at best quality & lowest cost. * Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to build business cases for new products, including projected ROI, Landed Cost Analysis, and Break-even points. * Relationship Management: Ability to pitch "growth stories" to factory owners, convincing them to prioritize our production runs based on data-backed demand forecasts. * Experience: 5–7 years in Category Management, Growth Marketing, or Data-Driven Sourcing within an e-commerce/retail environment. Position: Senior Capacity Planning Manager (Last Mile Management) Role Overview The Senior Capacity Planning Manager role plays a strategic part in establishing KPIs, forecasting logistics capacity, integrating sales forecasts into planning, analyzing driver performance, and developing workforce planning tools to optimize last mile and middle mile operations. Key Responsibilities * Establish key performance indicators and benchmarks for planning and forecasting into last mile and middle mile logistics. * Prepare and share daily/monthly last mile and middle mile capacity manpower and asset planning models and collaborate with operations teams to execute. * Connect with S&OP(Sales & Operations Planning) to collect the GMV/Sales forecast and transform them into the logistics expansion planning. * Measuring the last mile driver's performance analysis of multiple cost models and design the route/area-wise productivity of each driver. * Support the development and implementation of workforce planning tools for accurate capacity forecasting. You will report to the Manager S&OP/E Process. What you'll do here as Sales & Operations Planning Lead This is not a maintenance role - it is a building role. The S&OP process at Axis already has key elements in place and is actively influencing business decisions. Your mission will be to elevate it further: improving data quality, raising process maturity, and strengthening how the organization aligns supply with demand.
