In this role, you'll act as a Senior Product Manager on the Melio.com team. You will drive the product development lifecycle from research to launch, using your storytelling and collaboration skills to define and deliver innovative payment solutions that delight our users. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager of B2B products for large companies and enterprises * You’ve worked on complex integration projects with large customers and/or companies. * You’re a storyteller that can articulate problems into stories that people want to care about. And you can write it all down clearly so that R&D can get on the same page. * You can drive collaboration across multiple disciplines - data, marketing, operations, business development, and sales. You help give everyone a voice, you’re the conductor, not the lead singer, softly leading without forced authority is key. * You articulate clearly, having honed excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Not just within the team, you’ll also be speaking to our partners regularly to really understand them and their needs. * You have a strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle. * You’re fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills. * You have hands on experience in using AI tools for Product Management. * AI Oriented mindset * Bonus points: * Experience working with remote teams. * Experience in PLG/ Growth. * Consumer-focused design is in your bones. A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact: * Work closely with large customers and partners to embed and grow the Melio platform into their products and services * Build the business case for new products and features through market research, competitive analysis, user interviews and other stakeholder feedback. * Define key metrics to track success or prioritise features. * Define the business as well as technical requirements for products and features. Write clear and concise product specs, feature cards, and other product documentation. * Guide and work closely with engineering teams throughout the process of developing delightful payment experiences that customers love. * Master the partner domain, their user behavior, workflows and jobs to be done to find the perfect context and growth opportunities for the Melio embedded solution About the hiring department: The Product department helps set the product vision and strategy. We work alongside a diverse team of engineers, designers and data scientists to envision, build, deliver and scale Melio’s product to the right market. We are user experts and constantly analyze their current and future needs. We define the product roadmap, including features and requirements, and then articulate the business rationale behind it. The team is responsible for providing the ‘what’ and working with the engineering team to build a successful product. About the Role As a Senior FullStack Engineer, you’ll join our engineering team and help build the next generation of Irregular’s products as they evolve into intuitive, polished, and powerful experiences for some of the most sophisticated AI organizations in the world. This is a highly impactful role for an engineer with strong frontend expertise who cares deeply about product quality and user experience, and can both build scalable systems and help lead the technical direction of the frontend. You’ll work closely with exceptional engineers, researchers, and founders to turn deeply technical capabilities into user-facing products that are clear, elegant, and highly effective. Representative Responsibilities: * Build and own full-stack product features end-to-end * Help shape the next generation of the company’s products * Lead the technical direction of the frontend architecture, development standards, and engineering culture * Build polished, high-quality user experiences for highly technical users * Collaborate closely with engineers, founders, and product stakeholders on product and technical decisions * Take ownership of projects from idea to production with high autonomy and impact What we're looking for: * Strong full-stack engineering experience with deep frontend capabilities * Hands-on frontend experience with React/Angular/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks * Backend development experience with scalable production systems * Ability to work independently and lead projects from idea to production * Strong product intuition and passion for building exceptional user experiences * Comfort working closely with designers and building polished, pixel-perfect UIs across devices and screen sizes * Commitment to code quality, maintainability, and testing as part of the development process

THE ROLE As a Customer Success Manager, you are the trusted advisor helping customers navigate their journey on MongoDB. You’ll be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and success for a portfolio of accounts, acting as a strategic connector between your customers and the right resources at the right time to achieve their unique business goals. You’ll drive customer retention, revenue realization, and advocacy. You’ll build deep relationships, understand customer needs inside and out, and seamlessly navigate account team and internal resources to deliver real, measurable impact where your customers need it most. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Tel Aviv for our hybrid working model. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Advisory * Proactively identify risks and ensure deployment health by advising on best practices and operational strategies. Deliver optimal solutions to critical customer challenges, accelerating time-to-value and guiding customers to achieve their business goals through their MongoDB deployments * Conduct comprehensive customer business reviews, analyzing technical health and operational performance while translating insights into value-based outcomes. Partner with technical and business leaders to align on objectives and champion mutual success plans that foster growth and retention Account & Portfolio Management * Own elements of the account plan that drive customer maturity and lifetime value, retention, and revenue realization. Proactively manage a portfolio of customers across various stages of the journey, creating and executing strategies to maximize value realization, advocacy, and long-term success * Track and report progress against key business outcomes, forecast revenue retention and realization to senior leadership for business predictability, and identify new opportunities to expand customer impact, collaborating with presales teams to support growth * Maintain meticulous hygiene in internal systems to ensure a single source of truth for customer insights and accurate territory analysis. Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline daily workflows, improve productivity, and optimize customer success outcomes Internal Collaboration & Customer Advocacy * Amplify the voice of the customer within MongoDB, leveraging customer insights to inform MongoDB’s product roadmap and coordinate across Sales, Product, Services, Support, and Training teams to drive customer health, satisfaction, and value realization * Connect customers with the right internal resources, including Marketing programs and Executive Sponsor engagement, while contributing learnings from customer interactions to strengthen team success and maximize customer value WHAT YOU WILL BRING * Relevant Experience: 5 to 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services/Implementation, Technical Account Management) for a deeply technical, ideally consumption-based, product * Accountability: 3+ years experience being accountable for customer health and revenue realization for a defined book of business for Enterprise/High Tech customers * Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to influence technical and business outcomes * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent technical work experience ABOUT MONGODB MongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market.
