WHAT IS THE ROLE

As a Solutions Architect at Elastic you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers,
partners and community. You will understand and tackle our customer’s business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the
regional Elastic community through events and programs, and enable sales through our Partners. A successful SA at Elastic will
be passionate about perfection; taking the initiative to improve both themselves and the team through continuous learning and

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Serving as the technical point of contact for your accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
Developing a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulating how our offerings address their needs.
Crafting and owning value based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
Actively participating in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to the technical
win.
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate the value of our
offerings in sales meetings, and at events such as meetups and conferences.
Advising the sales team on effective ways of positioning Elastic products, solutions and services.
Onboarding, educating and enabling our partners, and supporting them in sales cycles.
Crafting collateral, contributing to programs and collaborating with other Elasticians to meet individual client needs.
Being the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, and improvements to our engineering and leadership
teams.
Deepening both your sales and technical skills through self driven education while taking advantage of all the professional

A track record of success in a technical presales role-- enough experience selling and implementing technology to earn your

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component, that together comprise the On-Target Earnings
(OTE). On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 70/30 pay mix (base salary / target variable).
The typical starting OTE range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest OTE we
reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less
than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
An employee's position within the OTE range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education,
qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total

regional team, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in this exciting new market - shaping our entry strategy, building

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Lead Solutions Consultant for the Middle East, you will be the senior technical voice for DeepL's full product range across
the region - spanning AI translation, Language AI workflows, and DeepL Voice for real-time multilingual communication. This is not
a slide-deck role.
You will sit at the intersection of enterprise strategy, solution architecture, and complex deal execution - engaging directly
with enterprise customers, partners, and key stakeholders from day one. Working in close partnership with Account Executives,
Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, you will deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients across the region.
You will also play a critical role in shaping how we build the regional SC practice itself: defining discovery frameworks,
building reusable assets, and feeding structured field insight back to global Product and Engineering teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as a trusted technical advisor, elevating conversations by mapping DeepL's Language AI and Voice platform to customer
business goals and integration needs.
* Lead technical discovery and deliver highly tailored demos, presentations, and prototypes that showcase how DeepL integrates
into enterprise environments.
* Design, scope, and execute POCs and proof-of-value engagements across DeepL's full Language AI platform - including Voice for
Meetings, Conversations, and API - demonstrating, not just describing, how DeepL fits into complex enterprise workflows.
* Partner with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles, providing expert guidance on APIs, SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID
Connect), real-time streaming, and enterprise security and compliance requirements.
* Serve as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing feedback and market insights to Product and Engineering teams to help
shape roadmap priorities.
* Build and maintain a library of enablement resources - demo environments, best-practice guides, and technical collateral
WHAT YOU BRING
* 7-10+ years of client-facing technical experience in a Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Pre-Sales ideally within
language technology, enterprise SaaS, CCaaS, or AI environment
* A proven track record - you designed customer solutions, built technical credibility with prospects, and impacted deal closure
* Strong technical foundation - you are comfortable talking about REST APIs, authentication and SSO frameworks (SAML, OAuth,
OpenID Connect, Azure AD), and common SaaS integration patterns
* A workflow transformation mindset - you think in before-and-after states, can map a complex enterprise workflow, and know how
to make the case for changing something an organisation has relied on for years
* Strong enterprise instincts - you have navigated programme managers, IT architects, and C-level buyers in the same deal. You
simplify complexity and make platform transformation feel achievable
* Security and compliance fluency - comfortable discussing data residency, security posture, and governance frameworks with IT
and legal audiences
* Fluency in English, Arabic fluency - highly preferred; additional language proficiency (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or
Japanese) nice to have given our customer base
