The Legal Department supports the business across negotiation, contract management, privacy, regulatory monitoring, and internal governance, with a strong focus on pragmatic, operational legal support. We are looking for a Legal Intern who will play a central role in strengthening our legal operations and knowledge management, including the concrete integration of AI tools in the Legal Department. 📝 YOUR ROLE In a nutshell: For a 4–6 month internship starting in September, you will join the Legal team to help structure day-to-day legal operations, support contract work, and produce clear, practical materials that enable internal teams to move fast while staying compliant. Your impact: streamline legal support workflows, improve documentation reliability, and make key legal topics easier to understand across the company (contracts, privacy, compliance). What you’ll do day-to-day: 1. Legal Operations & Knowledge Management (core mission) You will help structure and improve the Legal Department’s ways of working and interacting with the other teams, including: * Identifying and implementing high-impact AI use cases for legal ops and contract work, with a strong focus on responsible and secure usage, such as improving operational workflows (request triage…). * Contributing to legal knowledge management to explain key concepts and help the other teams meeting their objectives (training materials, user-friendly guides…). 2. Contracts * Reviewing contracts (customers, partners, vendors), including data protection and intellectual property clauses. * Helping improve contract templates and adoption. * Contributing to maintain the contract register. 3. Data protection (GDPR) * Helping collect and analyze information on new processing activities and new vendors. * Contributing to maintaining the Record of Processing Activities, the list of sub-processors and privacy documentation. 4. Legal monitoring * Analyzing regulatory updates and turning them into understandable and actionable guidance. * Supporting AI Act implementation in coordination with Quality and Cybersecurity teams. ✨ YOUR TEAM * Your future colleagues: Lucile and Mathieu – Legal Counsels * Your manager: Maurice – Head of Legal * Team extra: We love food and travelling 👤 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * ⚙️ You’re a great fit if you can: * Show a strong interest in legal operations and tooling. * Be curious about tech, data, and regulatory topics. * Analyze and synthesize legal information into clear takeaways. * Write clearly, in a structured and educational way (FR + EN). * Support contract work (review, identify key issues, propose improvements). * Understand GDPR fundamentals and associated risks (or be willing to learn fast). * Organize documentation rigorously (templates, registers, versioning). * Use collaborative tools (Notion, Google Workspace) and work cross-functionally. * 🙂 You’re a great fit if you have: * Curiosity about AI and a pragmatic approach to testing and iterating (no need to be technical). * Strong communication skills and good stakeholder management with non-legal teams. * Autonomy, sound judgment on when to escalate, and a solution-oriented mindset. * Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) Law School, Engineering School, or Business School (or equivalent), with an interest in IT and legal ops. 💛 WHY JOIN US? * You will be at the center of our Legal team structuration, not just supporting tasks. * You will gain real legal ops experience. * You will learn how to deploy AI in a legal department responsibly, with real deliverables (governance, agents). * You will help internal teams master legal concepts through training and practical guides. HIRING PROCESS 1. Screening call (Elena – 20 min) – Confirm motivation, logistics, availability. 2. Manager fit (Maurice – 45)– Deep dive into skills, approach, practical examples. 3.
