This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and
speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market
share for our clients.
We are looking for a (Senior) Operations Manager who will work closely with both DEPT®’s internal teams and our client’s internal
teams to integrate the Asana system with production workflows - designing one unified, scalable creative operating system end to
end.
You will build and implement a unified operating system that connects the client’s Asana-based intake and prioritization with
DEPT®’s production, resourcing and scope management - creating one seamless workflow from brief to delivery.

JOB PURPOSE The Copy Editor is responsible for proofreading, modifying, and approving AI-generated copy and communications for one of the world’s largest telecommunication companies. This role requires outstanding attention to detail across high-visibility projects and is a vital bridge between the creative teams and the client, ensuring high-quality standards are met. We’re looking for a human dictionary who understands the importance of delivering consistent, on-brand digital creative. They live and breathe brand nuances and guidelines. They know copy structure like the back of their hand. They can spot a speling mistake a mile away… They flag copy that contains lazy idioms. Plus, they’ll work with a passionate, talented team of writers creating outstanding work. In your role, you will report to the Creative Director who will drive the strategy and direction for the creative team. You possess a strong intuition and want to continue to learn, grow and challenge yourself. You are inspired by technology and the role a simple narrative plays in culture today. You thrive navigating complexity within teams, organizations, and creativity. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Develop scalable design systems and frameworks for AI-driven products. * Create high-fidelity visual systems that merge brand identity with user experience. * Design motion-based prototypes to establish interaction patterns and system feedback. * Take full ownership of design projects from initial concept through to final delivery. * Work closely with developers to ensure motion and UI details are implemented with precision. * Mentor junior and mid-weight designers to maintain high standards of craft across the team. * Lead client workshops and present design logic to project stakeholders.
