About the Job
Reporting to the Director, Product Analytics, this position will be focused on global product analytics across multiple teams.
This is a manager-level individual contributor role with leadership through influence, strategic ownership, and cross-functional
partnership rather than formal people management.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and executive stakeholders to define
metrics, shape product strategy, improve data flows, and deliver actionable insights that influence high-impact decisions. You
will work across a wide range of product initiatives, translating complex datasets into clear recommendations, scalable reporting,
and executive-ready narratives.
The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on analytical depth with strategic thinking. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity,
building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and owning analytics workstreams from problem framing through
recommendation. This person should be equally effective writing SQL, defining KPIs, improving data foundations, and telling a
compelling story with data to guide product direction.
