CONTRACT MANAGER Location: Leeds Team: Legal, Compliance and Risk Division: Business Services Alpha FMC is looking for a Contract Manager to join our Legal, Compliance and Risk team in Leeds. ABOUT THE ROLE As Contract Manager, you will join a team that supports Alpha’s business activities globally, with Legal Services managing contractual engagement with clients, partners and vendors, alongside wider legal support to the business. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting contract management across the business, including drafting and maintaining template documentation across Alpha’s business units, as well as providing support on a range of other legal matters on an ad hoc basis including, but not limited to: * Providing support to the business in respect of contractual relationships with new and existing clients, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating: * MSAs, * Terms and conditions of engagement, * SOWs, * NDAs * Ensure contractual terms protect Alpha across key areas, such as liability, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection, regulatory compliance, etc. * Support bid/proposal teams with contractual input during RFPs and pitch processes * Reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts, partnership arrangements, sub-contracts and other commercial contracts * Ensuring contracts comply with applicable law, industry regulations, and Alpha policies * Working closely with all Alpha’s business divisions, with primary focus on UK, MENA and APAC WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a candidate who brings strong legal and commercial judgement, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple priorities. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Degree-level qualification in law (English or other common law) * At least 3 years’ experience in a contract management role in a multi-national company * Strong knowledge of contract law and contractual legal risk management * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities DESIRABLE: * Experience working in professional services and/or financial services industries * Knowledge of IT contracts WHY JOIN ALPHA FMC? ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our UAE team, combining strategic marketing management with hands-on event leadership. The role is divided into two main areas: 1. Event Management: Overseeing all external and internal Audiomob events (conferences, sponsorships, activation). 2. Marketing & PR Leadership: Owning the brand’s marketing strategy across social media, content, public relations, and campaign execution in MENA and global markets. This is a highly visible role that requires both creative vision and operational excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to strengthen Audiomob’s presence, manage campaigns and amplify our voice in the industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS * Own and manage Audiomob’s global events calendar, ensuring all key industry and internal events are well-planned and executed. * Lead end-to-end event logistics: planning, budgeting, travel arrangements and on-site coordination. * Partner with Sales, Supply and Leadership teams to identify high-impact events for participation or sponsorship. * Measure event ROI and lead post-event debriefs to identify improvements. * Coordinate with industry bodies and partners on event collaborations. MARKETING & PR STRATEGY * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets. * Manage brand positioning and messaging consistency across all channels. * Create and oversee campaign calendars for MENA and global markets. * Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver digital, social and PR campaigns that drive engagement and awareness. * Analyse campaign performance metrics and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement and conversion. * Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost tracking. SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MANAGEMENT * Oversee Audiomob’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), ensuring consistent tone and design. * Work closely with the head of design to produce compelling, localized content for campaigns, events, and announcements. * Plan and execute organic and paid social campaigns, tracking performance and engagement. * Manage influencer or partner collaborations in gaming, adtech, or media sectors. PUBLIC RELATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS * Build and maintain relationships with press, industry partners and PR agencies. * Draft and distribute press releases, thought leadership pieces and interviews. * Coordinate Audiomob’s presence in awards, media features and speaking opportunities. * Ensure consistent brand representation in all public communications. IDEAL EXPERIENCE * 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management, preferably within adtech, gaming, or tech industries. * Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple channels. * Strong background in B2B marketing and event execution. * Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, HubSpot, Hootsuite). * Excellent copywriting and communication skills. * Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a senior individual contributor sales role. You will own Redpin's revenue and pipeline in the UAE — identifying, pursuing, and closing the developer partnerships that make Redpin the default cross-border payments infrastructure in the market. The foundation is in place: DFSA regulation, DIFC presence, and initial developer partnerships. What we need now is a commercially excellent salesperson who can build aggressively on that base — someone who understands the developer ecosystem deeply, can operate at C-suite level, and can translate Redpin's technical capabilities into compelling commercial value for developer audiences. This is not a management role. There is no team to run. Your output is revenue. Your success will dictate the future planned hiring of addition salespeople in the region so a future leadership WHAT YOU WILL OWN Revenue & Pipeline * Own and deliver Redpin's commercial targets in the UAE * Build and manage a structured pipeline of real estate developer partnerships — off-plan, master developer, and mid-tier * Drive full-cycle deal execution: origination, qualification, commercial negotiation, and close * Develop direct origination channels with developer sales teams, project finance functions, and overseas investment desks Developer Partnerships * Identify and prioritise the highest-value developer targets across the UAE, with a clear view of volume, cross-border buyer mix, and payment complexity * Build and maintain relationships at CFO, COO, and Head of Sales level within target developer organisations * Position Redpin as infrastructure, not a vendor — making the case for embedded payment solutions that reduce reconciliation burden and improve buyer conversion * Manage the post-signature commercial relationship through to activation and growth MARKET INTELLIGENCE * Track developer market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to sharpen targeting and messaging * Report pipeline, deal progress, and market intelligence to senior leadership with a structured, data-driven cadence * Feed market insight back into product and proposition development — you are closest to the customer INDUSTRY PRESENCE * Represent Redpin at industry events, panels, and conferences as a credible voice on cross-border capital flows and payments infrastructure * Build Redpin's commercial reputation in the UAE developer community through consistent, insight-driven engagement WHAT YOU BRING: * A demonstrable track record of closing complex, high-value B2B deals — ideally in payments, proptech, financial services, or adjacent sectors * Experience selling to C-suite in the UAE real estate or financial services market * Deep familiarity with the UAE developer landscape: who the major players are, how they operate commercially, and where payment complexity arises * Comfort navigating regulated environments — you understand compliance requirements and can speak credibly to them without legal support in every meeting * Fluent English; Arabic is a significant advantage PREFERRED * Prior experience at a fintech, EMI, or regulated payments business * Existing network across UAE real estate developers — Tier 1 and mid-market * Understanding of cross-border payment flows, FX mechanics, and reconciliation challenges in a property context * Experience as a public speaker or panel participant in proptech or investment forums SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE… In the first 90 days: a qualified pipeline of developer targets, active conversations at decision-maker level across at least three Tier 1 or high-volume mid-tier developers, and a clear view of the deal milestones required to hit year-one commercial targets. By end of year one: pipeline converted to signed partnerships representing material cross-border payment volume, a repeatable origination process, and Redpin recognised as a credible payments partner across the UAE developer community.
