Forward Deployed Engineer (Perm, UK, Remote + Travel) This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for candidates based in the UK. Your role will focus on building and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions, enabling organisations to operationalise LLM-powered agents across products, processes, and teams. You will work closely with client stakeholders, technical leaders, and delivery teams to build, and roll out agentic capabilities that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and frameworks.  What we are looking for in this person: * Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level. Our Seniors typically have at least 8 years of commercial experience. * Experience designing and building agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks. * Architect LLM orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related technologies. * Implement multi-agent systems supporting tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making. * Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise data sources. * Integrate agentic platforms with client systems, including APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications. * The ability to configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads. * Design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. * Ability to collaborate efficiently in teams of technical and non-technical individuals. * Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and direct iteration with users. * Strong consulting experience to plan, execute, and deliver complex client engagements, solving real business problems. What we are looking for in this person * Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level. Our Seniors typically have at least 7 years’ commercial experience. * Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment. * Practical experience and knowledge of developing real-world solutions. * Deep knowledge of the JavaScript or Python language. * Deep understanding of JavaScript or Python frameworks. * Deep understanding of versioning control tools - e.g. Git. * Testing experience and familiarity with testing tools at all levels, unit, integration and end to end testing. * Practical and real world experience working with databases and cloud environments. * Experience with automation, CI and CD. * Experience building software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Professional proficiency in English.
