The product is a global employee recognition platform used by large companies to help people thank and reward each other at work.
Employees can send personalized recognition messages, attach points or awards, and later exchange those points for gifts from the
internal rewards catalog.
In many organizations, employees feel unseen and undervalued, even when they do great work. Our product solves this by creating a
simple, engaging way for people to recognize good work instantly, right when it happens, and make that recognition visible to the
whole company.
The platform supports multi-tenant architecture, meaning every client has its own version of the system with unique branding,
translations, reward programs, and product catalog categories. End users are medium- and large-sized enterprises worldwide that
care about employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
The team includes Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Designers, QA, and a Project Manager working in close
collaboration. We use Agile, with regular iterations and two releases per year. The roadmap is defined upfront.
