The Global Logistics Specialist is responsible for trade compliance and logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and corporate policies
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, and Project teams, the successful candidate will optimise transportation and import/export processes while promoting trade compliance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and a safety-first culture
Responsibilities
Trade Compliance
Coordinate import and export customs declarations
Manage compliance with customs regulations, trade agreements, export controls, and sanctions.
Tariff classification, customs valuation, origin determinations, Free Trade Agreement reviews
Identify duty savings opportunities through FTAs, duty relief programs, and trade compliance initiatives
Provide trade compliance guidance and support for international projects and shipments
Support customs audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting activities
Logistics Coordination
Delivery of parts and components supporting global supply chain and manufacturing activities.
Project logistics, including final-mile delivery of batteries and fall-off loads.
Domestic and international shipments supporting global field service operations.
Inter office transfers and non-inventory shipments
Reverse logistics and return material authorisation
Preparation/coordination of various logistics documentation, including dangerous goods.
Maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
Identify and mitigate logistics risks to minimize supply chain disruptions.
Process Improvement & Operational Support
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, projects, customer operations, and supply chain teams to support operational objectives and customer satisfaction

What you'll do: * Define and execute the expansion roadmap for the BEES Deliver product across AB InBev markets. * Assess and quantify the value delivered by the digital product to newly onboarded Business Units (BUs). * Map and define country-specific delivery processes and identify how BEES Deliver should be integrated into those operations. * Manage and prioritize Business Unit requirements in partnership with the digital product team. * Drive the ideation and development of capabilities required to align the digital product with Business Unit operational processes. * Serve as the subject matter expert for BEES Deliver, providing guidance and support to Business Units on product functionality and best practices. What you'll need: 1. Advanced knowledge of T2 Logistics (Urban Distribution), route productivity and performance KPIs, delivery operations, and distribution process management (DPO). 2. Basic understanding of digital product management, including backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and business case development. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to prioritize effectively, influence stakeholders, and drive impact. 5. Intellectual curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to explore new approaches and challenge the status quo. Your role We are now looking for an aircraft logistics specialist with international ambition to lead the supply chain operation in the on-going Support Contracts in Saudi Arabia. As the Logistics Manager your task is to practically run the logistics operations included in the Support Contract for the Saab 2000 AEW Special Mission Aircraft. You will be stationed in Saudi Arabia as an Expatriate for 2 years to lead the logistics handling within the international AEW- (Airborne Early Warning) Project headed by Saab Surveillance. The support team includes Saab specialists on Aircraft platforms, Radar, Electronic Warfare and Mission systems, Communications and ground systems. PU AEW&C Support Solutions (Product Unit within Surveillance) is leading the In-Service-Support contract in Saudi Arabia. The Logistics Manager is the prime point of contact with the customer's supply chain organization and is responsible for the daily status of logistic operations including spare parts, warehousing, customs and compliance. The Logistics Manager reports to the Managing Director and work closely with the site manager and maintenance planning. Your daily operation will be carried out from both the Saab Office in Riyadh and the customer's aircraft base. Professional interface also consists of: Saab Program Manager and Back-office Support. Airworthiness organisation and Quality. Customer Supply chain representatives on different levels. Your profile We believe that you are an open-minded Logistics Specialist in aircraft maintenance with experience as receiving inspector and storekeeper. You are a team player, skilled communicator who thrives in a global and complex logistics environment. To qualify for the role, we also believe that you fulfill the following: Knowledge of material logistics including packaging, handling, storage and purchasing process. Skills to combine logistics strategic thinking with operational actions. A valid driver's license. Knowledge of Saab Supply Chain is a merit. Knowledge of Part-145 Requirements is a merit. Experience from working in IFS is also a merit. Curious and eager to embrace new cultures, non-judgmental and tolerant.
