As part of the Integrations team, you will be expected to understand the real needs of customers, suppliers and colleagues and collaborate with technical teams to transform these into achievable deliverables, ensuring the delivery of quality and value.
There is a current ongoing major project in progress to seek to standardise CEF Business Integrations through a 3rd Party EDI Managed Service and also in the future the procurement of a platform to handle internal integrations. The role will cover the current EDI/Integration landscape as well as contributing to an intended future state. It will also cover the provision and administration of customer catalogues (simple, hosted and punchout), onboarding customers and the configuration of parameters, support of a 3rd Party Van Stock solution, support of customer reporting solutions and the standardisation for the BI Team to generate reports, 3rd level support of Service Desk issues

The Job at a Glance Our Senior EDI Analyst (internally known as the Senior Guardian of Trade Routes ) is responsible for maintaining the highest level of support for our EDI infrastructure and processes while leading the design, development, deployment, and support of appropriate EDI solutions that support o u r IT strategy and overall business objectives. This role leads the end-to-end development of trading partner integrations, ensures data accuracy and compliance with industry standards, and partners closely with business and IT teams to maintain a stable, scalable EDI ecosystem. A Typica l Day Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new trading partners, including requirement gathering, mapping, testing and deployment. Coordinate meetings with business stakeholders and trading partner leads to ensure a successful onboarding within the Sprint. De sign, build, test, deploy and manage EDI maps, trading partner set ups, and documentation of solution for EDI transactions, APIs, and application interfaces. GM Performance Power Units - Concord, NC IFS ERP Business Analyst - Onsite Job Summary GM Performance Power Units (GMPPU) seeks a highly qualified and driven IFS ERP Business Analyst to support and advance our enterprise IFS Cloud environment. This position serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical IT team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding the IFS ERP platform, with a primary focus on Finance, while supporting cross-functional processes across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Engineering, Asset Management, and Corporate Support. The role is responsible for analyzing business processes, defining requirements, configuring and supporting IFS modules, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting system implementations and upgrades, and ensuring that ERP solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and financial reporting needs. Key Responsibilities Business Process Analysis & Improvement * Analyze existing and new finance-related business processes and translate requirements into scalable IFS functional solutions. * Evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, internal controls, and reporting capabilities. * Map business processes and document functional requirements, workflows, and solution designs. * Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement ERP-enabled process improvements.
