We are looking for someone to focus on self-serve growth of ElevenAgents. Tens of thousands of startups, enterprises,
indie-developers, and SMBs are already building agents with ElevenLabs and yet we’re still so early. If you’re successful,
everyone that is looking to build conversational agents will choose ElevenLabs.
You’ll play a key role in developing and scaling our primary growth channels, including paid digital campaigns, influencer
partnerships, SEO, joining and hosting in-person events, and running viral launches. As a data-driven team, you’ll develop data
analyses to better understand our acquisition channels and our users.

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a powerhouse Growth Marketer to own and accelerate our B2B footprint in the UK and Ireland. This isn't a traditional marketing role; we need a "jack of all trades" who can pivot from high-level campaign planning to setting up complex outbound sequences in the same afternoon. You will be the primary driver for growth in these regions, taking full ownership of projects from inception to the final outcome. You are someone who views "chaos" as an opportunity to build and thrives when managing multiple work streams simultaneously. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the email, in-product, and nurture programs that turn interest into pipeline across ElevenLabs' B2B funnel. This role sits at the center of our growth engine — connecting marketing, sales, and product usage data into lifecycle programs that move prospects and customers from first touch to closed revenue, and beyond into expansion. You'll build the systems that score, segment, and nurture leads at scale — from PQLs signing up for our API and Agents platforms, to enterprise buyers moving through longer sales cycles. You'll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product to make sure the right message reaches the right account at the right moment, and that every handoff between marketing and sales is clean, fast, and measurable. This is a builder's role. You'll own the tooling (HubSpot, Salesforce) and the strategy behind it — using AI to personalize and automate at a scale a fully manual team never could. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, build, and continuously optimize lifecycle and nurture campaigns across email, in-product, and other owned channels for both self-serve (PQL) and enterprise (MQL/SQL) funnels * Own lead scoring and segmentation models in HubSpot, ensuring leads are routed and prioritized based on fit and intent signals * Manage the marketing-to-sales handoff in partnership with RevOps and Sales — clean data, clear SLAs, tight feedback loops * Build and run ABM programs for target enterprise accounts, coordinating with Sales and content on account-specific messaging * Use AI-driven workflows to personalize content, automate segmentation, and reduce time-to-launch on new lifecycle programs * Report on pipeline and revenue influence from lifecycle programs, and use that data to prioritize what to build next * Continuously test and iterate on messaging, timing, and triggers across the funnel — from signup to expansion WHO YOU ARE You think in funnels and systems, not one-off campaigns. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a HubSpot workflow and in a room with Sales talking about pipeline quality. You default to testing and measuring rather than guessing, and you're excited about using AI to do more with less — automating the repetitive work so you can focus on strategy and experimentation. You move fast, take ownership of outcomes, and collaborate easily across marketing, sales, and product. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring for a Software Engineer on the growth team to focus on our self-serve customers (consumer, prosumer, and self-serve B2B) and product-led growth. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing. The work will be a mix of novel channel creation and optimization on our channels already at scale. You'll operate across the full range of our metrics — including driving awareness, acquisition, retention, revenue, and referral. While we already have 1+ million users and significant revenue, there is still an incredible amount of low-hanging fruit. Specific responsibilities might include: * Ideate and implement (both frontend and backend) full growth features and experiments to run that have a significant impact on user acquisition, e.g., by driving product virality * Create in-product onboarding to drive activation * Set up a pricing experimentation system and use it to iterate on pricing REQUIREMENTS We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic software engineers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions.
