As the engineer of Search AI Product Engineering team, you will own one of the most critical product surfaces on Coupang's app – Search and Discovery surfaces where 60%+ of transactions happen. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation. The base pay for Staff position ranges from $164K/year to $282K/year. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
