The District Service Manager, (DSM) is responsible for managing approximately 15 - 20 Field Service Technicians, (FST) within
their assigned geography. The DSM is responsible for managing daily operations, as well as being a contact for customers and their
service issues. The District Service Manager will assist in establishing and implementing short-and long-term plans to grow the
field service business, maximize profitability, and provide world-class service to customers. Most Districts will include targets
between $5-10 million in revenue.
The District Service Manager will help Glory deliver world-class Field Services by leading our technicians by managing their
workload to ensure customer calls are completed in reasonable times, service level agreements are met, and customer satisfaction
is high. This position will also focus on enabling employees to achieve success by partnering in their career development and job
satisfaction.
The District Service Manager will report to the Regional Service Vice President. This person in this position will also work
closely with sales account managers to create and support opportunities to sell new equipment and services and to deliver an
exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will live or be willing to relocate to Brooklyn, Queens, New York City, or Long Island, NY.

OVERVIEW OF DEPARTMENT: Facilities Station Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance of all 472 Stations in the Department of Subways. Our responsibilities span areas within the station confines. Under the leadership of the Assistant Chief, Station Maintenance Organization chart comprises of the Office of the Assistant Chief and 5 Districts. Station Maintenance is also responsible for special initiatives such as, Station REVIVE program, Platform Barrier Installation Project, Facilities Upgrades, CSA Booth buildouts, and several upcoming special project initiatives, in effort to improve customer experience, cleanliness, and safety. Intern(s) will be responsible for administrative duties, including answering phone calls, data entry, and other related tasks. Additionally, based on the intern's educational background and major, we may request the intern's assistance in creating and managing a SharePoint system to track, share, follow up on tasks, and, most importantly, support our field personnel in improving their performance. In addition, intern(s) may be tasked with creating scopes of work for various projects. You may also assist project managers and/or supervisors with daily site visits and tracking progress to ensure everything stays on schedule. Position Summary Position Overview: The PT Assistant Manager is responsible for the execution of all operational, merchandising and managerial functions that occur within the store during their assigned shift. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will serve as the manager-on-duty charged with all daily operational responsibilities and supervision of Sales Associates for the store to which they are assigned. Operations • Serve as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Full Time Assistant Manager. • Communicate with Store Manager and Full Time Assistant Manager on areas of importance. • Conduct Take 5’s to ensure all Associates are updated on daily Company and store communications. • Maintain the highest standards in store operations in relation to the Policy and Procedures manual. • Partner with store Associates to ensure the neatness, maintenance and cleanliness of the store. • Execute merchandise displays and visuals to enhance the Brand. • Assist in placing supply orders and monitoring inventory levels. • Effectively manage time for self and Associates. III. Knowledge, Skills, & Experience • High school diploma or equivalent. • 1 – 2 years prior retail experience. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to apply retail math principles. • Excellent computer skills and ability to use a POS system. • High level of initiative and accountability. • Proven ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. • Detail oriented; consistently meets deadlines. • Essential Work Requirements: This position requires the ability to: • Ability to lift 30 lbs, pushing, pulling, bending and stretching frequently . • Stand for periods of 8 – 10 hours a day. • Use ladders or other equipment, for the purpose of store and merchandising maintenance. • Work a flexible schedule to include some holidays, most weekends and/or late evenings. • Minimal travel may be required, e.g. district meetings, banking duties.
