As a Contract Sourcer on our Talent Discovery team, you will be the pipeline generation engine supporting MongoDB’s most critical
positions as they arise across the company, supporting both U.S. and Europe-based roles. Individuals in this function will

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based
on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total

ROLE SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist will oversee interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant-tracking data, and hiring logistics for a range of technical and non-technical positions, with a focus on engineering and renewable energy disciplines. This role will also perform initial intake interviews for a range of technical and non-technical positions. Beyond recruiting, this role also provides administrative support for learning & development programs and performance review cycles, helping keep Revamp's people programs organized and running smoothly end-to-end. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: INTERVIEW SCHEDULING + CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE * Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews across time zones—managing calendars, interviewer availability, video links, and any travel logistics. * Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes to keep hiring on track. * Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a responsive, inclusive, and welcoming experience at every touchpoint. * Prepare and send candidate confirmations, interview agendas, and follow-ups. * Gather and route interviewer feedback promptly to support timely decisions. ONBOARDING + LEARNING SUPPORT * Support offer preparation, background-check initiation, and pre-boarding in partnership with recruiters and HR. * Coordinate onboarding logistics—equipment shipments, in-person orientation events, new-hire core training, and 90-day review scheduling. * Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials for training, workshops, and L&D programs (including Foundations, our new-hire orientation program). * Manage program enrollment and learning records, and track training completion and attendance. * Support L&D staff and facilitators day to day, and help prepare content and resources. Your Impact at LILA Lila Sciences is opening a Contract Loading Dock Manager role to run the dock operations at our Alewife campus. As the company expands lab capacity across multiple buildings, the volume of incoming reagents, equipment, lab consumables, and capital deliveries has grown significantly, and lab teams depend on reliable, well-communicated dock operations to keep experiments on schedule. The Loading Dock Manager owns day-to-day receiving operations: coordinating inbound deliveries, inspecting and routing shipments, maintaining an organized dock area, and serving as the point of contact between carriers, vendors, and onsite lab teams. The role works closely with Facilities Management, Lab Operations, and EH&S to ensure deliveries are handled safely and communicated promptly to the right people. This is a hands-on contract position, 40 hours per week, based onsite at Alewife. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership of operational details, and enjoys working alongside scientific and engineering teams.
