and Italy.
ElevenLabs is growing fast – across product lines, geographies, and business models – and we are looking to hire a Finance &
Strategy analyst to help us keep pace with that complexity.
Finance & Strategy is a critical component of how we make decisions – from resource allocation to product investment to commercial
strategy. As we scale multiple platforms with distinct business models, having sharp financial thinking embedded in the teams
building and selling them matters.
This role will act as a finance business partner to various teams and work on the central budgeting cycle for the company as a
whole. For the teams you partner with, you will own the financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic analysis that
helps product and operations leaders understand what's working, where to invest, and how decisions translate to the P&L. It's a
role for someone who's comfortable getting into the details of product metrics or unit economics, and equally comfortable
synthesising that into a clear point of view for senior stakeholders.

Are you passionate about solving complex challenges in the fintech space? We’re looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic startup, backed by Sequoia Capital. We’re building the universal payment layer to unify all currencies—fiat and crypto—so businesses and consumers can transact seamlessly. If you're passionate about creating innovative solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you. WE ARE HIRING A HEAD OF FINANCE! As the Head of Finance at Breeze, you’ll build and lead the financial operations that power our growth. This is a highly strategic and operational role focused on financial planning, payments infrastructure, unit economics, and scalable financial systems — not traditional accounting management. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive company-wide financial strategy, improve operational efficiency, and build the financial infrastructure needed to scale a high-growth fintech business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, understands the complexity of payments and money movement, and enjoys turning financial data into strategic decision-making. We’re looking for a finance leader who can operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on builder — someone comfortable diving into payment reconciliations, forecasting growth scenarios, improving financial visibility, and helping shape the operational foundation of the business. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own Breeze’s financial operations strategy, building scalable processes that support rapid growth and operational efficiency. * Lead FP&A across the business, including forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, cash flow planning, and headcount planning. * Develop financial models and operational dashboards that provide real-time visibility into company performance, margins, and growth drivers. * Partner closely with leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, pricing strategy, and long-term financial decision-making. * Build and optimize payment reconciliation workflows across banking partners, payment processors, fiat/crypto flows, and treasury operations. * Analyze transaction flows, payment operations, and revenue streams to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and unit economics. * Drive financial insights across product, operations, partnerships, and go-to-market teams to support data-driven decision-making. * Build scalable KPI reporting across revenue, payment volumes, customer performance, and operational metrics. * Improve financial systems, tooling, and reporting infrastructure to support scale and automation. * Support board reporting, investor materials, and strategic finance initiatives as the company grows. * Help establish operational rigor and financial discipline across a rapidly scaling organization. * Partner with external accounting firms and auditors while keeping internal focus on operational finance and business strategy. * Build and lead the finance function over time, including hiring and developing future team members. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 10+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, operational finance, or fintech finance leadership roles. * Strong experience operating within high-growth fintech, payments, infrastructure, or transaction-heavy businesses. * Deep understanding of payment operations, reconciliations, money movement, and financial workflows. * Proven ability to build financial models, forecasting frameworks, and operational reporting systems from scratch. * Experience partnering directly with founders, executive teams, or boards on strategic financial decision-making. * Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. * Experience building scalable financial processes in startup or hypergrowth environments. * Comfortable operating hands-on in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. * Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills. * Experience leading finance operations at a startup or being a senior strategic finance leader reporting directly to a CFO or CEO. * Experience with crypto, stablecoins, payments infrastructure, or treasury operations is a strong plus. * CPA or traditional accounting background is not required — operational and strategic finance expertise is prioritized. OUR CULTURE Fast-paced and dynamic – We move quickly, adapt fast, and operate with urgency. Builder’s mindset – We value people who create scalable systems and take ownership from zero to one. Collaborative and transparent – We work cross-functionally to solve complex operational and financial challenges. Continuous learning – We’re building at the edge of fintech, payments, and infrastructure innovation. * Apply now and help us build the future of payments at a global scale!
