Ready to run your own P&L? We want to meet you before we have the opening.
Champions Group is building a standing bench of General Manager talent — ready to step in and lead a residential HVAC, Plumbing,
and/or Electrical business the moment the right opportunity opens across our operating footprint. This isn't a training program,
and there's no fixed seat waiting for you on day one. It's a standing bench: we're identifying strong leaders now, so that when a
GM seat opens in any of our markets, we already know exactly who to call.
We're looking for two kinds of leaders: people who've led teams in residential HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or another
home-services trade and are ready for their first shot at full P&L ownership — and current GMs, often at smaller brands, ready to
bring their experience to a larger, multi-brand platform.
