Software engineers at Omni work with our product and customers to understand problems and use cases to solve, and then operate
across our tech stack to solve them. You'll work on a team with deep experience in the space, and you'll have the autonomy to
prioritize and solve problems by yourself, or in collaboration with other members of the team.
One of the company values at Omni is "Ship it!" - we move quickly, ship often, and then iterate until it's great. We use Claude
Code to drive productivity, allowing us to focus on the most complex technical and product work, while delegating the rest to our
agents.
