The Community You Will Join:  The Cities team leads the work necessary to implement the regulatory products and processes needed globally to comply with regulations, and does so in a manner that also sustainably supports Airbnb’s growth. The Difference You Will Make: As a Regulatory Operations Lead, you will bring specialized experience in regulatory operations, expertise in team management and the ability to advise and guide cross-functional teams across geographies based on trends and observations to continuously evolve our long term strategy. You will lead with influence, build structure through ambiguity, and deliver innovation that enables scalable, elegant solutions. You will be responsible for driving the delivery of centrally run strategic programs, while also defining and executing localized strategies that play a key role in accelerating Airbnb's growth and retention efforts. You should be comfortable developing operational programs and processes, have experience navigating complex regulatory environments, and possess a keen eye for quality/detail that inspires the teams and individuals you work with to exceed expectations.   A Typical Day:  * Lead the strategic development and execution of highly scalable regulatory programs across multiple jurisdictions, effectively communicating outcomes and insights to senior leadership. * Lead end-to-end execution of complex regulatory programs, ensuring measurable outcomes, sustainable operations, and readiness to meet evolving legal requirements while ensuring Airbnb’s obligations are met with excellence. * Manage a high performing team of individuals responsible for strategy and regulatory operations. * Translate emerging regulatory trends into actionable business strategies for senior leadership.  * Partner with cross-functional technical partners to design solutions that enable proactive, automated compliance solutions. * Identify and lead resolution of regulatory risks or incidents, coordinating with legal and policy counterparts to develop mitigation and escalation strategies. * Influence cross-functional roadmaps and corporate strategy through deep expertise in regulatory frameworks. * Serve as the primary liaison and operational architect for your jurisdictions, establishing operational rhythms and ensuring alignment among cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining comprehensive project documentation. * Drive high-impact strategic projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness while also aligning with broader business goals. * Lead the strategic development and execution of scalable regulatory products and programs across multiple jurisdictions, effectively communicating outcomes and insights to senior leadership. * Analyze data by running queries and creating dashboards to identify trends, surface anomalies, and perform the necessary investigation Your Expertise: * 10+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, consulting, project management, or related fields. * Strong team management skills and the ability to coach and mentor direct reports.  * Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and complex regulatory environment. * Experience building scalable technical solutions and processes to mitigate regulatory risks.  * Experience designing and operationalizing regulatory workflows. * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory information as applicable and required for varied audiences. * Comfortable and skilled at regularly interfacing with, influencing and being a thought partner to senior management to inform strategy and decision-making, yielding positive outcomes. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll be the go-to deal desk and pricing expert for ElevenLabs' North American sales team -- the person that the sales team comes to when a deal is complex, competitive, or needs to move fast. You'll own pricing strategy and deal structuring for our most critical customers, partnering with stakeholders to get non-standard terms across the line, and build the processes that make the whole machine run faster. * Own the pricing and deal structure for complex enterprise deals, advising sales on commercials and trade-offs in real time to keep things moving toward close. * Work closely with engineering to maintain and evolve our Configure Price Quote tool. * Translate customer requirements into deal structures that work commercially and operationally, knowing where to flex and where to hold firm. * Own the path through internal complexity, aligning Finance, Legal, Product, and leadership so deals don't stall on process. * Partner with Finance to build deal-level P&L models and communicate pricing trends back to the business, informing strategic pricing decisions at the leadership level * Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, discount guardrails, and approval policies that scale with the business. * Build the analytics and feedback loops that surface where deals are slowing down and why — and fix it. REQUIREMENTS * Hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining CPQ rulesets, price books, and approval workflows. * Experience in finance or deal pricing at a company, or experience within investment banking or management consulting * Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills * Proven track record of process optimizations or automation. * Ability to make value judgements that balance business, financial, and legal priorities. The Cities team is a cross-functional product team that supports guests, hosts, and local governments to ensure successful global compliance with local regulations while scalably sustaining company growth. The Difference You Will Make: We are seeking an operator who is exceptionally effective, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and an excellent communicator. In this role, you will help us scale regulatory compliance strategies and programs for jurisdictions facing new home sharing rules around the world, presenting to cross-functional peers and leadership alike.  You will be the accountable owner for compliance programs, aligning strategy and execution across disparate stakeholders. You will have an eye towards scale, testing, and iterating to further the capacity of the team. You are both scrappy and polished, enabling you to move quickly while bringing stakeholders along. Ultimately your work will support the home sharing movement and partnerships with jurisdictions around the world, keeping Airbnb a trusted community. A Typical Day:  * Lead the development and execution of successfully scaled programs across discreet compliance verticals, communicating program outcomes to leadership across Cities, Policy, Legal, and regional teams. * Serve as the lead for your jurisdictions by creating an operational rhythm and managing cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are on track, and maintaining project documentation * Analyze strategic opportunities for risk reduction across jurisdictions, partner with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Policy and Legal to align roadmaps, and drive successful execution with measurable impact * Lead product assurance leveraging an eye for detail while keeping a global mindset * Support strategic projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness for the Operations team Your Expertise: * 8+ years of work experience in operations, management consulting, and/or project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment, ambiguous environments * Hands-on approach of getting things done with a sense of urgency and quickly adapting priorities to unexpected changes to achieve project goals and objectives * Proven track record navigating a matrixed organization and building relationships to achieve goals with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, and policy * Strong analytical skills, including creating and using data, to understand problems, communicate opportunities, and make informed decisions.
