As Business Continuity Lead, you will play a central role in strengthening CERN's organisational resilience by leading and coordinating business continuity activities across the Organization.
Working in the Improvement, Continuity and Sustainability (OSI-ICS) Group within the Organisational Support and Improvement (OSI) Department, you will contribute to the consolidation of CERN's approach to risk management, crisis preparedness and business continuity within an integrated governance framework.

Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst What You Will Work On Analyze complex business and operational data to generate actionable insights Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business needs into scalable analytical and data solutions Design and develop analytical datasets and data models Build and optimize SQL queries for complex data analysis and transformation Develop data processing and analytical solutions using Python Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytical datasets Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities Support AI-driven initiatives and data analytics use cases Work with Git-based version control and DevOps practices Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration Manage multiple initiatives while adapting to changing business priorities Deliver reporting, analytics, and decision-support solutions Collaborate with international teams in an English-speaking environment What You Bring Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience Strong experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics Consultant Advanced SQL skills for complex queries, transformations, and performance optimization Strong Python development and data analysis experience Expertise in data modeling and analytical dataset design Experience ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills Experience translating business requirements into technical data solutions Experience supporting AI and advanced analytics initiatives Experience with Git-based version control Experience using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar DevOps platforms Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Fluent English, both written and spoken

Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent training. Team player. Working knowledge of ITILv3 lifecycle methodology. For Project Managers - PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM or Certified Scrum Certification or equivalent training is desired. Also working knowledge of Agile Software Development is desired.
