Your Role Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, social outreach) Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored advertising solutions Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to drive performance and ROI Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on performance data Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences
Your Qualifications Fluent English (C1/C2) 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and targets Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
