We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst / Requirements Manager
What You Will Work On
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation activities
Translate business needs into functional and solution requirements
Drive process analysis and future-state process design
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
Ensure traceability between business objectives, requirements, and implemented solutions
Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps
Support solution design activities within ERP initiatives
Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and vendors
Support decision-making through analysis and documentation
Cross-Program Business Analysis Coordination
Coordinate Business Analysts across ERP, WMS, and TMS programs
Establish common business analysis methodologies and governance models
Define and maintain shared templates, standards, and best practices
Ensure consistency across requirements, processes, and solution designs
Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between analyst teams
Support long-term business analysis capability development
Align cross-program dependencies and integration requirements
Promote a unified end-to-end business process perspective

Experience working across multiple business functions and technology teams
Ability to manage complex dependencies and integration requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent documentation and communication skills

Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
