job and what you need to be successful: Job duties: Assist members and prospects with information, products offered and procedures
to implement an investment program Maintain member files and records to comply with the requirements of Financial Industry
Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) and Insurance Agency (Agency) regulators Interface with
mutual fund companies, insurance companies, clearinghouse and broker/dealer for any member needs or services Coordinate, conduct,

LEAD WITH PURPOSE. PARTNER WITH IMPACT. The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional client service while providing operational, administrative, and technical support to advisors and internal teams. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding and service process while ensuring account administration, documentation, and operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently. The Client Relationship Specialist collaborates closely with Advisors and Operations teams within the broker-dealer to support financial planning activities, portfolio management, and client relationship initiatives. This position is designed as a development path toward becoming a Junior Investment Advisor, providing hands-on exposure to financial planning, investment management, and advisory services. Description The Senior Associate Financial Advisor serves as a transitional step to a Financial Advisor role by supporting and growing an existing book of business under the guidance of an established Financial Advisor. This role will assist members and prospects with information, products and procedures to implement an investment program, as well as working with clients already in the Financial Advisor’s existing book of business.
