Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption. We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce. Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance. In April 2026, we announced $70 million in strategic funding, led by Schroders Capital, with participation from StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. At an increased valuation of $2.1bn, the round makes us Europe’s first EdTech double unicorn. But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output. Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era. THE OPPORTUNITY Enterprise Trust & Reliability (ETR) turns enterprise trust into enterprise revenue. It's where enterprise buyers decide whether they can adopt us: the compliance posture and evidence base we sell on, the operational reliability that keeps us dependable at scale, and the integrations and partnerships that make Multiverse procurement-ready. Far from a support function, it's the layer that makes enterprise adoption possible and drives client partnerships and revenue at scale. You'll lead the engineering for two of ETR's groups, Commercial Tech & Integrations and Stability & Operations: around seven engineers across the two, and the mandate to shape how they work. WHY THE ROLE EXISTS ETR is a newly formed function, built by bringing commercial integrations and operational reliability together because enterprise buyers make or break AI deals on exactly those things. You're the first dedicated engineering manager for these teams, with the mandate to build how they work from here: technical direction alongside the tech leads, delivery rhythm, growth plans, the hiring bar, on-call practice, all of it. You’ll report into the Single Threaded Leader for the function and together you will shape an evolving function - if you want to set the technical playbook, this is the role. THE TEAMS YOU'LL LEAD Commercial Tech & Integrations (CTI) bridges what we sell and what we ship, making Multiverse demonstrable, sellable, and procurement-ready. It owns key cross functional services, CRM data flows into product, customer onboarding friction reduction, and integrations into customer systems (e.g. LMS/KMS). It also runs vendor and partner integrations, including Anthropic. The engineering challenge is building clean, well-tested APIs and integrations that hold up under enterprise security reviews. Stability & Operations (S&O) keeps the platform dependable as it scales: incident management and the severity model, service-level objectives (SLOs) and error budgets, observability and DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) delivery metrics, the on-call rotation, and the technology evidence base the business needs as it approaches IPO. The engineering challenge here is reliability designed in rather than bolted on, and a fast, calm path from "something's wrong" to "it's fixed." Between them, these two teams carry the things enterprise buyers test hardest: can you integrate with us cleanly, and will you stay up. You own the engineering health and delivery of both. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll own delivery, technical direction, and team health across CTI and S&O: * Lead the engineers. Line-manage the seven-or-so engineers across the two groups: growth plans, coaching, performance, and wellbeing, to a high bar, with no surprises at review time. * Own delivery and technical direction. Partner with the tech leads on architecture, and hold the standard for how the teams design, review, and ship across two quite different technical domains. * Hire and raise the bar. Fill the open seats using our High-Agency & AI-Native question bank and a live AI build stage, and build a team that stays strong as it grows. * Drive an AI-native operating rhythm. Engineers using Claude Code and agentic tooling hard, with tighter discovery-to-build-to-review loops, and you modelling it in how you run the teams. * Own the operational backbone. On-call health, incident practice, and clear, proactive communication when things go wrong, so reliability is a habit rather than a fire drill. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Engineering management at depth. You've managed engineers building and running production systems, and you can speak to the teams you've grown, the delivery you've owned, and the performance calls you've made. * Technical range across both domains. You needn't be the deepest expert in either, but you hold your own with senior engineers on both sides: integration and API design, identity and SSO, and third-party systems on the CTI side; reliability, observability, incident response, and SLOs on the S&O side. You can steer a design review, challenge an estimate, and make a sensible build-versus-buy or sequencing call. This isn't a hands-on coding seat, but it is an engineering one. * Delivery through ambiguity. You've kept teams shipping when the structure wasn't fixed, and can talk to how you balanced pace, quality, and people. * You grow people. Engineers you've coached, mentored, or levelled up, and a real preference for people leadership as the job. * AI-native by default. You work with AI tooling day to day and expect your engineers to, and you can tell AI-assisted speed from AI-shaped slop. WHAT WE OFFER Pre-IPO equity with runway to vest before a potential exit. An AI-native engineering environment built around tools like Claude Code. And dynamic re-teaming: you accumulate breadth across missions rather than depth in one fixed lane, and your development travels with you through every team change. Because this mandate is first-of-its-kind, you're defining how engineering management works here, not stepping into someone else's template. NOT FOR YOU IF You want to stay predominantly hands-on in the code (we value and pay the engineering track equally), or you see management as a stepping stone rather than the work itself. Benefits * Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year * Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub and access to Spill - all in one mental health support * Hybrid work offering - for most roles we collaborate in the office three days per week with the exception of Coaches and Instructors who collaborate in the office once a month * Work-from-anywhere scheme - you'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year * Space to connect: Beyond the desk, we make time for weekly catch-ups, seasonal celebrations, and have a kitchen that’s always stocked! Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion We’re an equal opportunities employer. And proud of it. Every applicant and employee is afforded the same opportunities regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. This will never change. Read our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policy here. Our Commitment to Safeguarding Multiverse is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our learners. We expect all employees to share this commitment and adhere to our Safeguarding Policy, our Prevent Policy and all other Multiverse company policies. Successful applicants will be required to undertake at least a Basic check via the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS). For roles that will involve a Regulated Activity, successful applicants must also undergo an Enhanced DBS check, including a Children’s Barred List check and a Prohibition Order check. Roles involving Regulated Activity may interact with vulnerable groups, therefore are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 meaning applicants are required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands, and final warnings. Providing false information is an offence and could result in the application being rejected or summary dismissal if the applicant has been selected, and possible referral to the police and the DBS.

By fusing cutting-edge technology with the art of luxury hospitality, we empower our members to secure impossible-to-get reservations while providing operators with unprecedented levels of control, visibility, and revenue optimization. In 2025, we grew revenue 480% and scaled to 400+ venues across 25 destinations, with the launch of our Culture Calendar extending Dorsia beyond restaurants into the world's most sought-after cultural moments. Backed by $54M in funding from investors including Index Ventures, Invus, and Red Sea Ventures, and strategic partners including MoonPay, Major Food Group, and The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud, we are entering our most consequential phase of growth and reshaping the global hospitality landscape. We're adding exceptional talent to drive what comes next, and that's where you come in. ABOUT THE ROLE Dorsia is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive the execution of our digital product experience across our digital presence. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for an AI-native designer who takes major features from first concept to ship, prototyping in working software rather than static mockups. The strategy is set. We need someone who can turn it into a working product at a level of polish worthy of our members. The pace is fast and the volume is high, with several major features in flight at once, and AI tooling is how we sustain that pace without sacrificing craft. WHAT YOU’LL DO Design Execution & Craft * Design major features end to end, moving from first concept through launch alongside product managers and engineers. * Work at a high level of fidelity from the start, delivering approval-ready designs rather than rough passes. * Perfect the micro interactions, transitions, and haptic details that make a product feel considered and premium. * Produce a high volume of high-quality work within the design framework set by our Senior Designer. * Rapidly iterate on new features, using AI tools to absorb feedback and turn it around without losing momentum. Product & Systems * Build out user flows, interaction patterns, funnels, and design system components across our digital presence. * Audit existing flows with an eye toward information architecture, simplifying and sharpening the member journey. * Balance refined UI with pragmatic UX, always moving members from intent to action with the least friction. * Advocate for the luxury member in every product conversation, grounding design decisions in data and qualitative insight. AI-Native Prototyping & Code * Treat working prototypes as your primary design medium, using AI design and coding tools to test ideas in real software from day one. * Compress the distance from concept to interactive build, moving in hours rather than weeks and putting real product in front of the team early and often. * Work directly in the code with engineers, reading and producing it with AI coding tools to ship what you design. * Partner with growth and product teams to keep design intent intact from Figma through implementation. * Push our AI toolkit forward, experimenting with new tools and workflows and raising the bar for how design gets built at Dorsia. THE WINNING RECIPE * Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, including meaningful tenure at a company known for the quality of its design. * An AI-native builder with demonstrated experience shipping working software through AI design and coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, v0, or Lovable, where prototyping in code is your default mode rather than an occasional experiment. * A portfolio of large, complex features owned end to end, with award-caliber interactive work and a strong focus on mobile. * Deep command of interaction design, information architecture, and design systems, with an obsessive eye for micro interactions. * Experience designing for international audiences across markets and cultures. * An instinct for qualitative insight, building conviction through taste and direct observation rather than surveys or A/B tests. * Expert proficiency in Figma and genuine comfort reading, writing, and shipping code alongside engineers, with AI coding tools as a core part of your daily workflow. * A low-ego, high-output designer who thrives in the weeds, treats no detail as too minor, and raises the bar with every release. * Experience in luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Compensation: New York Pay Range $140,000—$170,000 USD WORKPLACE PHILOSOPHY AT DORSIA At Dorsia, we believe that culture eats strategy. The best ideas in the world mean nothing without the right people around the table and the right chemistry between them. We are, unapologetically, a people-first organization. In-Person Matters We’re creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the most discerning audience in the world. That doesn’t happen over Zoom. It happens through collisions: a spark across a desk, a kitchen-side conversation that unlocks a partnership, the energy of ideas felt, not typed. That’s why in-office culture is non-negotiable at Dorsia. Who We Hire We don’t subscribe to check-the-box hiring. We hire for merit and mindset, which naturally creates a team with varied backgrounds. What unites us isn’t demographics, it’s a shared vision: to build the social operating system for the cultural vanguard. Lifestyle Hours We’re not a 9-to-5 company. Our lifestyle mirrors our members. Early flights, after-work events, and late-night sprints when the work demands it. But we love what we do, and we definitely love a good party. High Performance Culture Working at Dorsia isn’t for everyone—and that’s the point. Our culture is designed for builders, not passengers. We move fast, set ambitious standards, and expect people to rise to them. If you have the talent and the drive, this will be a ride to remember. A Final Word We’re building something special. It will take long hours and relentless effort. It’s not for everyone. For those with the metabolism, you’ll create something that changes how culture is lived. And that’s the kind of work worth your life’s energy.
