Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our
platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered
intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
As a Senior Campaign Manager at Kyra, you are the operator who turns creator campaigns into results. You own delivery end to end
across a roster of ambitious brands, from fast-moving consumer names to category-defining tech, and you keep every campaign on
time, on budget, and on target.
You sit between clients and creators, holding both to a high standard while keeping the commercial maths working in the
background. Kyra's proprietary platform is your home base: you run everything through it, and the insights you generate feed back
into the product as much as the product shapes your work. If you think in CPVs, find the insight others miss in the data, and get
a kick out of a campaign that beats its KPIs, this is your seat.

ABOUT KYRA Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. 💡 The role in a nutshell You own a portfolio of Kyra's largest enterprise accounts (multi-million-dollar brand partnerships) and you're measured on whether they grow. Retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention are your scoreboard. 💡 What You'll Own This is a commercial role, not a delivery one. You keep enterprise clients, grow them, and run delivery cleanly enough that growth is never at risk. * Revenue. You carry an NRR target across your book. You protect it, and you grow it. * The relationship. You're the trusted strategic partner to senior brand-side stakeholders, not the campaign contact. * The system. You're the connective tissue between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product, and you keep them aligned and operating efficiently. * The early warning. When something drifts (performance, scope, relationship, or margin) you see it two quarters out and fix it before it becomes a problem. No surprises. No scrambling. Just steady, commercial ownership. * The standard. You lead a pod of CSMs and/or Junior CSMs. Their performance and their client work is yours to elevate. 🎯 Lead the Relationship Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs. Multi-thread across teams. Build trust. Have direct conversations when performance needs to improve. 📈 Turn Insight into Strategy Translate data into clear, actionable plans. Present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and explain what it means. 🤖 AI-First You'll be expected to use AI daily to compress reporting, model renewals, prep upsells, and synthesise client data, so you can buy back time for the things that add value, like managing the relationship. 🔍 Own Delivery End-to-End Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns. Keep work on-brand, on-time, and within margin. 📊 Protect & Grow Revenue Manage renewal timelines. Identify upsell opportunities. Drive Net Revenue Retention. Be able to speak confidently about account growth with real numbers. 💾 Use Data to Improve What's Next Forecast performance. Optimise mid-campaign. Apply learnings to the next program. Reporting informs decisions; it's not a recap. 🛡️ Keep the System Tight Keep tracking clean. Watch team capacity. Fix what's inefficient. Make sure client feedback doesn't get lost. What We're Looking For * We're looking for someone who has: * 6+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with real time on large or enterprise accounts * Hands-on campaign fluency, with genuine command of Meta and TikTok * A track record of account growth and retention you can quantify, so bring the numbers * You've been measured against revenue, retention, or NRR before, and you know what moved them * Direct people-leadership experience. You've run 1:1s, managed workload, and lifted the performance of people you're responsible for * AI-native. You build AI tools into your daily work for faster execution, sharper insight, and smarter workflows * You should be commercially sharp, operationally reliable, and able to speak confidently about the revenue impact of the accounts you've managed. Traits That Matter Curious. Commercially aware. Direct. Adaptable. Strong at building trust. Open to feedback. You don't avoid hard conversations. You don't wait for issues to escalate. You don't need constant direction. What Success Looks Like 6 months in: renewals are planned early, NRR targets are on track, expansion opportunities are clearly mapped, delivery runs smoothly, and leadership trusts your forecast. Benefits 🌎 Remote-first, so you can work from wherever you do your best work 🌴 Annual Time Off: 25 days PTO + bank holidays, 4 company-wide days off (Kyra Days), 3 wellness days, and paid sick leave each year 📚 Growth: Annual Learning & Development budget to invest in your skills 💰 Rewards: Annual bonus scheme to recognise great work 🩺 Healthcare coverage for US-based team members 👉 Tips for Application AI is core to how we operate. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. The Cloud Partner Solutions Engineering team's mission is to support co-sell objectives with Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partners by driving customer success through use case wins and go-lives, product integration launches, field enablement, and joint marketing campaigns and initiatives. As a Cloud Partner Solutions Engineer, you will own one or more hyperscaler partnerships end-to-end — combining deep technical credibility with the business acumen and program management skills to translate that technical work into measurable partner and customer outcomes. This is not a purely technical role and not a purely functional one: success requires you to be equally comfortable architecting a cross-cloud Iceberg solution with a partner SA team and leading a joint executive business review with cloud partner and Snowflake field leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner Strategy & GTM Program Ownership • Own the overall joint GTM strategy and execution plan for your assigned cloud partner(s), aligning Snowflake's field priorities with cloud partner co-sell programs and market initiatives. • Build and manage a portfolio of cloud partner product integrations and joint solutions — from business case through launch — ensuring each delivers measurable field and customer value. • Develop Joint Industry Solutions, co-sell assets, and cloud marketplace offerings that align Snowflake use cases to cloud partner product portfolios and commercial programs. • Lead joint planning cadences with cloud partner alliance teams, translating partner strategy into actionable quarterly and annual execution plans. • Identify whitespace opportunities, product gaps, and integration priorities; synthesize partner field feedback into structured recommendations for Snowflake product and GTM teams. • Represent Snowflake at partner events, conferences, and executive forums — including AWS re:Invent, Google Next, and Microsoft Build — as a credible voice across both technical and business audiences. Top Account Co-Sell Execution • Drive joint account planning with field AEs and cloud Alliances teams against top-account lists, establishing 18+ month account strategies that integrate Snowflake and cloud partner resources. • Lead and manage the full co-sell lifecycle — from opportunity identification and qualification through technical win and production deployment — with clear milestone ownership and stakeholder communication throughout. • Frame and communicate the business value of joint Snowflake + cloud partner solutions to executive and technical stakeholders at target accounts, tailoring the narrative to industry context and customer objectives. • Deliver packaged POCs and customer workshops built around high-impact co-sell plays — including Open Lakehouse (S3/Iceberg, Fabric OneLake, BigLake), Cortex AI + cloud LLM services (Anthropic/Cortex, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI), and Data Engineering pipelines. • Partner with SI teams on joint POC delivery and coordinate cross-functional resources (product, professional services, Alliances) to remove blockers and accelerate time to go-live. • Conduct and participate in joint Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with cloud partner and Snowflake field leadership, presenting pipeline health, consumption trends, and next-period priorities. Cloud Partner Field Enablement • Design and deliver enablement programs for cloud SA and partner field teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP — building both technical competency and commercial confidence in positioning Snowflake co-sell plays. • Build and sustain cloud SA champion networks through structured, account-based up-skilling covering product features, industry verticals, enterprise architecture patterns, and value-based selling frameworks. • Support cloud partner COE maturity development by providing architecture guidance, deployment best practices, and access to Snowflake technical and GTM resources. • Publish technical blogs, whitepapers, quickstarts, and case studies that document joint integration patterns, customer outcomes, and co-sell plays — creating reusable assets that multiply field impact beyond individual engagements. • Develop and maintain L100/L200 enablement decks and partner-facing narratives that translate complex technical integrations into business-relevant co-sell stories. Technical Depth — Cortex AI, Iceberg, and Cross-Cloud Architectures • Lead hands-on Cortex AI enablement with cloud partner field teams, covering Cortex LLM, Search, Analyst, Fine Tuning, and Anthropic/Cortex co-sell plays relevant to each cloud's AI portfolio. • Architect and deliver cross-cloud Iceberg and Lakehouse solutions integrating Snowflake with AWS S3/Iceberg, Microsoft Fabric OneLake, and Google BigLake — demonstrating interoperability across the open data ecosystem. • Enable Openflow, Snowpark, and Snowpark Container Services (SPCS) deployment patterns in joint customer engagements, with a focus on production-readiness and scalability. • Map Snowflake workloads to cloud partner product portfolios (AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, MSK; Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Copilot, AI Studio; GCP Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery) to craft technically grounded co-sell narratives that hold up in front of both SAs and architects. • Support customers from technical win through production deployment, ensuring that go-live results in measurable, sustained consumption. Mentorship • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers on cloud partner engagement models, co-sell execution, business value framing, and technical delivery. • Elevate team capability across technical depth, GTM execution, and partner program management by sharing playbooks, lessons learned, and reusable assets. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND * Bachelor’s Degree: Most roles require a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related analytical field. * Advanced Degrees: An MBA or a Master’s in Data Analytics is often preferred for senior-level or strategic positions.
