Unlike execution-focused roles that operate within existing marketing frameworks, you will build strategy and messaging from the ground up—shaping our positioning, driving high-impact go-to-market (GTM) launches, and elevating how LogicGate wins against the competition. This high-visibility role bridges Product, Sales, and Marketing, serving as a key market strategist who translates customer intelligence and AI-driven product capabilities into business growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Define Strategic Positioning & Messaging: Develop and own messaging frameworks from the ground up for your product areas; validate positioning with customers, market research, and analyst feedback to ensure consistency across all external channels. * Lead End-to-End GTM Strategy: Contribute to comprehensive GTM strategies for major product and feature launches, making high-level strategic decisions on timing, audience segmentation, channel mix, and narrative alignment while developing strategies for GTM “plays” that will drive sales for our products. * Become a Product Expert: Develop deep technical expertise with our GRC applications and agents. You’ll serve as a valued contributor in product planning, a product expert for the GTM organization, developing and delivering demos to diverse audiences. * Own Competitive & Market Intelligence: Establish systematic competitive tracking (win/loss analysis, pricing intelligence, analyst evaluations); translate insights into high-impact battlecards and actionable GTM strategies that directly boost win rates. * Drive Sales Enablement Effectiveness: Design enablement strategies and produce compelling, enterprise-ready GTM assets—including pitch decks, solution briefs, discovery frameworks, and demo guides—measuring impact through rep adoption, accelerated sales cycles, and win rate improvements. * Champion Customer & Buyer Insights: Conduct direct buyer research, customer interviews, and advisory programs to uncover market pain points that inform both GTM strategy and Product roadmap direction. * Elevate Analyst & Industry Positioning: Partner with Product and Marketing leadership on portfolio strategy; actively participate in analyst relations engagements (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave) to solidify LogicGate's market leadership. * Leverage AI & Modern Tooling: Explore and integrate AI-powered workflows and intelligence tools to optimize competitive research, content creation, and buyer persona profiling. WHAT YOU BRING REQUIRED * 5–8 years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience, with proven ownership of strategic positioning and messaging frameworks for a dedicated product line or enterprise portfolio. * Demonstrated Track Record: Proven history of creating GTM strategies and positioning that directly improved pipeline velocity, competitive win rates, and platform differentiation. * Competitive Intelligence Depth: Experience building and running systematic competitive research and win/loss programs that influenced active deal strategies and company positioning. * Sales Enablement Focus: Demonstrated ability to build sales tools (battlecards, pitch decks, buyer guides) that reps actually use and that deliver measurable business outcomes. * Executive Presence: Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to influence senior sales leaders, product executives, and external stakeholders. * Customer-Centric Mindset: Hands-on experience conducting qualitative and quantitative customer research to validate positioning and value propositions. * AI Literacy & Curiosity: Enthusiastic about leveraging emerging AI technologies to streamline marketing execution or experience articulating the value of AI-driven SaaS features to enterprise buyers. NICE TO HAVE * Domain Expertise: Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, or regulatory compliance software. * Analyst Relations Experience: Prior participation in analyst evaluations, briefings, or report submissions with firms like Gartner or Forrester. * Mentorship Background: Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior product marketers or cross-functional team members. The anticipated base salary range for the role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
