Under the direction of the Technical Writing Manager, the Technical Writer serves as a subject matter contributor for product
documentation, developing and maintaining clear, customer-focused content that supports adoption, feature awareness, and product
success across one or more software solutions. This role oversees the development and continuous enhancement of product
documentation, ensuring information is accessible, accurate, and aligned with evolving customer and business needs.
The Technical Writer creates user focused content that supports product releases, enhances the customer experience, and
contributes to improvements in documentation processes, tools, and standards.

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $65,000- $85,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks +
community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant
qualifications.

As a Technical Writer, you will be required to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for the intended audience. This role works closely with various departments to translate technical concepts into accessible content. Location: 160 Consolidated Drive, Paris, ON Dedicated Day Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday Job Duties: * Create documentation for technical and non-technical audiences (including user manuals, service manuals, and technical training materials) ensuring that documentation is consistent, professional, and technically accurate * Collaborate with engineers, developers, product managers, and others stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy * Create hydraulic and electrical circuit schematics and diagrams using existing engineering drawings * Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and products to provide accurate and relevant content * Implement user feedback to improve documentation and user experience Skills and Experience: * Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into user-friendly documentation that is clear and concise. * Ability to conduct thorough research and gather accurate information from various sources. * Ability to analyze and synthesize information to create coherent documentation. * Ensure all technical details are correct and consistent. * Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and writing styles. * Meticulously proofreading to eliminate errors. You’ll be a thought partner with our product development teams, combining your communication skills with empathy for users and product knowledge. Your work will primarily be on written documentation, but may also include interactive tutorials, recorded demonstrations, or other communication channels.
