Als Senior Power & Gas Portfolio Analyst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en beheren van onze energieportfolio. Je combineert diepgaande marktkennis met data-analyse om strategische beslissingen te nemen en fungeert als sparringpartner voor trading, sales en management. In deze rol beheer en optimaliseer je het volledige power- en gasportfolio en ontwikkel je handels- en hedgingstrategieën die aansluiten op de marktdynamiek. Je voert uitgebreide risicoanalyses uit op het gebied van markt-, prijs-, liquiditeits- en kredietrisico en vertaalt ontwikkelingen binnen de energiemarkten naar concrete strategieën en advies voor de organisatie. Daarbij adviseer je actief interne stakeholders en het management, waarbij je complexe data weet om te zetten in heldere en actiegerichte inzichten. Daarnaast werk je continu aan het verbeteren van processen, modellen en tooling om de performance van het portfolio verder te verhogen. Je onderhoudt relaties met externe handelspartners en werkt met handelscontracten zoals EFET en ISDA. Vanuit jouw senioriteit neem je een leidende rol binnen projecten en draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van collega’s binnen het team. As a Senior Product Manager in our consumer product org, you will be at the heart of that. You will join a Product Organisation working closely with the product managers, data/insight analysts and product/UX designers responsible for driving product development on the complete Too Good To Go product portfolio. Responsibilities As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a meaningful product area within the Too Good To Go consumer experience and help shape products that deliver value for users, partners, and the business. We believe a strong fit for this role will require: (a) exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of rallying a broad range of stakeholders around a significant product or feature launch, (b) clarity of thought and the ability to simplify complex multifaceted challenges into a clear product direction, and (c) ability, interest and a proven track record of delivering zero-to-one products that require first-principle problem-solving in a customer-obsessed and inventive way. WHAT FUNCTIONS WILL YOU PERFORM? Xiliun Biogas is currently looking for a Project Developer to strengthen our Polish team based in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of biomethane projects, including technical, environmental, and economic analyses, administrative processes, and preparing investments for implementation and connection to the gas grid. Key Responsibilities * Lead the identification and development of biomethane projects, including: evaluation of potential sites, assessment of gas grid connection capacity, preliminary technical, environmental, and economic analyses. * Coordinate and manage preparatory work during the preliminary analysis and feasibility study phases, including: development and evaluation of technical concepts, definition and validation of key design assumptions. * Support the process of obtaining administrative decisions, permits, and approvals required for project implementation, including construction and gas grid connection permits. * Analyze and develop the project portfolio (pipeline), including participation in due diligence processes and evaluation of the investment attractiveness of projects. * Develop and update project schedules and budgets during the development phase, while monitoring key milestones and deliverables. * Collaborate with technical teams on the preparation of project documentation and engineering concepts for biomethane plants under development. * Analyze substrate availability, including assessment of feedstock potential and supply chain logistics. * Identify and assess project risks and opportunities during the development phase, particularly in regulatory, environmental, technical, and economic areas. YOUR PROFILE Education * University degree in engineering, environmental sciences, spatial planning, or a related field. * Preferred: specialization in renewable energy, biogas/biomethane, waste management, environmental permitting, or project management. Experience * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Technical Knowledge & Experience * Good understanding of administrative procedures, enabling effective review of project documentation and identification of areas requiring clarification or correction. * Knowledge of environmental impact assessment tools and methodologies. * Familiarity with environmental regulations as well as safety and compliance standards. * Technical understanding of biogas and biomethane plant operations and technologies. * Knowledge of substrates used in biogas/biomethane production, including their availability, logistics, and quality parameters. * Good command of English, enabling work with technical documentation and collaboration in an international environment.
