YOUR IMPACT You own AI capabilities end-to-end:  from the data and context that feed a model, through agent orchestration, to the generative UI a user sees and trusts. You've personally shipped and operated full-stack apps in production, so backend, frontend, data, and ML aren't four teams you coordinate with, they're four things you do. You're not a research scientist; you wield models and engineer ruthlessly around their uncertainty. You will: * Build agent loops and orchestration: tool use, structured outputs, business-rule enforcement, graceful failure * Build the integration layer (via MCP) that lets agents securely call backend systems and business APIs * Render model output into live, streamed, accessible UI via generative-UI protocols * Ground models in real data: retrieval, embeddings, and feedback loops that actually close * Treat evals as a first-class system - provable improvement, not vibes  * Take a capability from prompt-in-a-notebook to a measured, guard-railed production feature   This role is to based in our hubs -  Berlin, Boston, Durham, Munich, London or Valencia.   WHAT SETS YOU APART You're a creative problem-solver who is wired to find solutions. You bring: * Shipped full-stack apps to production and owned them end-to-end: frontend through backend to deploy and operate, not handed off at a layer boundary * 5+ years shipping production software, 2+ building with LLMs in production (real users, not demos) * Hands-on experience with UI protocols (A2UI, AG-UI, MCP-UI, or similar). YOUR IMPACT As Head of Product – Agentic Offerings, you will lead the product and design vision for enabling next-generation commerce experiences powered by AI agents. This role is central to our strategy to enable our enterprise customers to be and win where their customers are in the Age of AI and to leverage agents within their commerce ecosystem.  You will drive the creation of the AI Hub, which powers Discoverability-> Discovery and Conversion on the leading GenAI Channels and the AgentSPHERE recently announced which is where you can manage these agents, their access and a potential future marketplace, including enterprise governance, authentication, and secure agent orchestration. You will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CPO, Engineering VP and other leaders. Your Mission: * Drive the product strategy for the Agentic Offerings Domain (AI Hub and AgentSPHERE), focusing on Discoverability and conversion, Agent governance and control and Agent Marketplace * Lead a multidisciplinary team to build commerce-native tools and intuitive management interfaces that allow merchants to configure and secure their agentic ecosystems. * Serve as a key advocate for enterprise-grade governance, ensuring every AI agent interaction is authenticated, auditable, and controlled. * Partner with Engineering and cross-functional peers to evolve the AgentSPHERE into a comprehensive gate for agents while optimizing AI Hub for multi-channel discovery (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot). * Ability to balance vision with execution, leading teams to deliver iterative business value rapidly while LLM specifications and the Agentic Ecosystem continue to evolve. * Define and evolve the agentic narrative in collaboration with Product Marketing, ensuring our role as the definitive bridge between commerce engines and LLMs is understood. * Hire, lead, and mentor as needed PMs and Designers, fostering a small team that can navigate the high ambiguity and rapid pace of the AI landscape. * Be a thought leader, anticipating trends in Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards, and the evolution of LLM-based shopping. This role is hybrid, with three days a week spent in our Berlin, Valencia or London office.  WHAT SETS YOU APART * Experienced in product management, and commercially minded ideally in B2B/enterprise software * Strong cross-collaboration skills with major ecosystem partners, including Google, OpenAI, MSFT, and payment providers, among others. * Proven track record of leading high-performing product and design teams through rapid growth and change. * Ability to balance vision with execution, leading teams to deliver iterative business value rapidly while LLM specifications continue to evolve. * Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems (LLMs, PSPs, and System Integrators). * Excellent communication skills for managing senior stakeholders and articulating the business value of emerging technology. Nice-to-have: * Hands-on experience with prompt engineering or building products with MCP and commerce protocols like ACP or UCP. * Exposure to B2B commerce complexity, including massive catalogs and customer-specific pricing within agentic contexts. * Understanding of the competitive landscape including Stripe ACS and emerging agentic commerce platforms. YOUR IMPACT As our Principal Engineer Product Security , you’ll support the Engineering team by solving challenging technical problems for an ambitious product and enabling teams to "shift left" to build secure services on multi-cloud infrastructure.   You will: * Formulate, evangelise, and drive adoption of the product security strategy  * Assess, advise on, and increase the security maturity posture  * Create a standardised security architecture and operational best practices  * Help track and drive remediation of security and technology risks  * Educate product teams on risk assessments, threat modelling, and building secure api-first applications  * Review requirements and designs to help product teams address shortcomings  * Embed security tooling into the development process  * Contribute to the review of external penetration tests and help teams prioritise fixes  * Collaborate with product teams to improve overall security and resolve specific issues  * Facilitate or lead customer conversations regarding product security  * Triage and investigate new attack vectors to determine risk mitigation  * Drive security and quality initiatives across the organization and support certification audits  * Collaborate with Product Management, Principal Engineers, and legal/compliance teams  * Identify skills gaps and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization    This role is hybrid, with three days a week spent in our Berlin, London or Valencia office.   WHAT SETS YOU APART You're a creative problem-solver who is wired to find solutions. You bring: * A strong technical background and 5+ years of proven track record in hands-on Product Security  * 2+ years of experience improving Product Security in a leadership role  * Experience with customer-facing security roles and influencing roadmaps in matrix organizations  * Experience in a scale-up environment with ambitious and competing priorities  * Expertise in formulating, elaborating, and clarifying requirements or priorities  * Experience with Secure Architecture design reviews and Threat Modeling  * Experience infusing security into various levels of the SDLC  * Experience with Static Analysis and Secure Code Review implementations  * Sound knowledge of Linux systems, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vault, API, and web application security  * Practical experience in DevSecOps and proficiency in at least one scripting language like JavaScript or Go  * Project management experience for projects affecting multiple teams  * Experience working within an Agile environment with a strong customer focus  * Experience setting up and running trainings or onboardings  * Clear written and verbal communication in fluent English    AI Aptitude: A genuine curiosity for using AI tools to work smarter and more effectively, paired with a drive to learn and put them into practice in your role.
