We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join a collaborative Factory IT & Digitalization team supporting the final phase of a
Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation.
In this role, you will combine advisory and hands-on responsibilities, supporting both projects and production lines through
requirements analysis, business process mapping, MES configuration, testing, and digitalization initiatives. You will work closely
with production, engineering, and Factory IT to help optimize manufacturing processes and support the implementation of modern
digital solutions across automated and manual production cells.
You are analytical, communicative, and solution-oriented with a strong interest in digitalization and manufacturing. You enjoy
working closely with both technical and business stakeholders and thrive in environments where collaboration and continuous
improvement are key.
PROJECT MANAGER – PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & INDUSTRIALIZATION Location: Västerås, Sweden Start: May 2026 On-site We are looking for a Project Manager for an assignment in a global industrial environment, focusing on product development, industrialization, and product transfers between production sites. You will play a key role in driving projects at the interface between R&D and production, ensuring a smooth transition from development to manufacturing. The assignment is part of a larger transformation journey, where new products and processes are introduced and implemented in production. ABOUT THE ROLE * Lead and drive projects within product development and industrialization from initiation to delivery * Be responsible for project planning, follow-up, and reporting (time, cost, quality) * Drive product transfers between production sites and ensure a stable transition into production * Ensure efficient implementation of new products and processes in manufacturing * Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, production, quality, and supply chain * Identify risks and ensure mitigation actions are implemented * Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO * Has at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within industrial or manufacturing environments * Has experience working with NPI, product development, or product transfers * Has a strong understanding of production and industrialization processes * Is fluent in English (required) * Has Swedish language skills (meritorious)
The opportunity We are expanding our team and are looking for Senior Project Controller to one of our product group at Hitachi Energy, called Power Quality Global Center of Competence. How you´ll make an impact Provide financial support to project teams across full project lifecycle (tendering, project execution, project close-out and warranty). Support tender manager on financial aspects during tender stage including risk review process. Joint responsibility with the project manager in all financial and commercial aspects of the project including estimate at completion and related cost-to-complete, forecasted revenues and cash flow, risks and opportunities assessment and ensure alignment with other functions including project controls, planning/scheduling. Prepare project invoices, manage currency risk, tax issues, bonds and guarantees, financial accounting and reporting with support from relevant departments. Drive and seek for optimization of project cash flow, revenues and gross margin contribution together with project manager. Act as a business partner to advise and support the organization in areas related to future state financial performance including finance consulting and provide insight on alternative business scenarios. Monitor and review project governance process to ensure high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules. Your background Bachelor’s degree in Finance/accounting/business administration or equivalent work experience. Experience from working with project controlling is required, preferably from a global company. Work experience in related area such as business controlling, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or similar will be advantageous. Experience working with SAP is highly desirable. English, both written and spoken, is required. Swedish is considered an advantage. ELECTRONICS HARDWARE DEVELOPER Start: August - September Location: Västerås, Sweden ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an Electronics Hardware Developer to join an international R&D team developing industrial electronics for softstarters and contactors. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and verifying analog and digital electronic hardware from concept through serial production. You will work closely with suppliers, product management, manufacturing, and other engineering teams to deliver robust and reliable hardware solutions for industrial applications. This is a hands-on engineering role covering the complete hardware development lifecycle, including schematic design, PCB layout support, simulations, laboratory testing, verification, documentation, and production handover. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits. * Create schematics and define PCB layout constraints. * Perform simulations and hardware verification. * Test and validate prototypes in laboratory environments. * Define verification specifications and execute verification activities. * Support implementation and industrialization of new hardware solutions. * Collaborate with suppliers, production, product management, and cross-functional engineering teams. * Prepare technical documentation and support production handover. WE ARE LOOKING FOR MUST HAVE * B.Sc or M.Sc Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering discipline. * At least 2 years of experience as an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer. * Experience designing analog and digital electronic circuits. * Experience creating schematics and working with PCB layout. * Experience with hardware verification, laboratory testing, and prototype validation. * Experience using electronic simulation tools. * Fluent English, both written and spoken. MERITORIOUS * Experience with EMC-compliant hardware design. * Experience working with voltage levels up to approximately 1 kV. * Experience developing industrial electronics. * Experience taking products from concept through serial production. * Swedish language skills.
