Your mission at Voi The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring our operations run as smoothly, safely and efficiently as possible by leading our fleet operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for our Warehouse in Malmö and you will play an integral part in Voi’s performance by combining people management with process improvement and execution. This will include: * Supervising and ensuring high performance in the teams, fostering a sense of teamwork and belonging across all warehouses.  * Ensuring best in class standards for our scooters by working with the team to make sure we provide the highest service for our end users. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and structure the workflow in the field and warehouses, including shift planning, following up on performance and implementing standard operating procedures. * Working hands-on with the maintenance and repairs of vehicles to ensure a high quality standard, extend vehicle lifetime and minimize cost. * Act as a safety role model and work actively to create and maintain a safe work environment. You will be managing all the people in our warehouses.  * Be the point of contact for external parties e.g. 3PL:s, landlords, staffing agencies and local business associations. * Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition in screening and interviewing new team members, owning their onboarding and training them on in-field and warehouse tasks What you'll need to embark We’re looking for a leader with a proactive and strategic mindset who also enjoys working hands-on and has experience working with multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has: * 3+ years of previous work experience within logistics, operations etc, preferably in a high pace environment  * Experience from managing large teams * General knowledge of digital work tools (MS-office, G-suite, ERP systems) and data tools (e.g. Tableau). * Curious about new technology and AI, and confident using digital tools to streamline your daily work. * General understanding of business management, financial and leadership principles. * Excellent communication skills, leadership training and conflict resolution. * A valid driver's license for Sweden Why Voi? Reporting to the IT Security & Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with IT colleagues, end users, and external vendors to maintain and develop a resilient IT platform that supports the business. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will be responsible for the operational stability and availability of our IT infrastructure: * Maintaining and supporting on‑prem server, storage, cloud, and network environments, including WAN/LAN, firewalls, switches, and access points * Ensuring infrastructure stability through daily monitoring, patching, system health checks, backups, and disaster recovery * Managing the hardware and infrastructure lifecycle, including installation, upgrades, maintenance, and decommissioning * Handling operational incidents and troubleshooting, coordinating escalations with external vendors when required * Supporting platform and identity services such as DNS, domains, certificates, Entra ID / Active Directory, and endpoint management platforms * Providing hands‑on onsite and remote IT support, including support for new store openings, relocations, asset handling, documentation, and travel to Group locations. WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE You have a strong interest in infrastructure and IT operations and enjoy working in an environment where reliability, service, and continuous improvement are key. * Relevant education within IT or equivalent practical experience * At least 3 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure within business‑critical environments * Hands‑on experience with servers, networking, and infrastructure operations * Familiarity with virtualization, storage solutions, and distributed IT environments * Experience working with Microsoft platforms such as Windows, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID / Active Directory * Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken As a person, you are structured, organized, and calm under pressure. VAD ROLLEN INNEBÄR Som Process Engineer på ALTEN kommer du att ingå i ett team som stöttar och utvecklar formulerings-, fyllnings- och förpackningsprocesser för biologiska läkemedel. Du kommer att arbeta med teknisk support, avvikelsehantering och kontinuerliga förbättringar i en GMP-reglerad miljö. Rollen innebär nära samarbete med tillverkning, automation, kvalitet och teknik för att säkerställa stabila och effektiva processer. Stödja och förbättra formulering och aseptisk fyllning av biologiska läkemedel. Utreda och lösa processrelaterade problem med strukturerad felsökning och rotorsaksanalys. Genomföra och utvärdera förbättringsprojekt för att öka kvalitet, utbyte och kostnadseffektivitet. Samarbeta tvärfunktionellt med olika avdelningar för att säkerställa smidiga produktintroduktioner och drift. Bidra till dokumentation såsom arbetsinstruktioner, riskbedömningar och tekniska rapporter. Stödja eller leda valideringsaktiviteter (IQ/OQ/PQ) för ny utrustning och processer. VI SÖKER DIG SOM: Vi söker dig som är tekniskt skicklig, strukturerad och drivs av att leverera resultat. Du trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och i team och har förmågan att kommunicera tydligt med olika intressenter. Erfarenhet av formulering och/eller aseptisk fyllning av biologiska läkemedel eller liknande processer. cGMP i reglerad tillverkning. Produktionsutrustning, anläggningar och instrumentering. Erfarenhet från start-up-miljöer, nya anläggningar eller produktionslinjer. Kunskap om validering och kvalificering (IQ/OQ/PQ). Erfarenhet av GMP för sterila processer och aseptiska regulatoriska krav. Erfarenhet av Lean Manufacturing och dokumenterade förbättringar. Talar svenska och engelska flytande.
