ABOUT US Partisia Blockchain Applications is building, operating and promoting applications within the Partisia Blockchain ecosystem. Partisia Blockchain is a cutting edge company with its primary focus being blockchain technology. ABOUT THE ROLE The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. As a blockchain company, the projects will require general knowledge of how blockchains operate. We are a startup in year 3 so this is an opportunity to join relatively early on and have a real influence on the company. RESPONSIBILITIES * Validating, owning, and implementing the marketing strategy, including managing the marketing budget. * Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies * Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics * Partner with email, performance marketing and web team members to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics. * Building a content strategy for language applications, including thought leadership whitepapers, brochures, website content, landing page content, blogs, sales presentations, and case studies. * Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Description The Marketing Specialist will manage an in-house marketing strategy to help assist in sales marketing through company provided CRM, SEO platform, and social media. This individual will be responsible for the coordination and deployment of marketing campaigns. Candidates will be required to obtain an in-depth understanding of systems and meeting certain deadlines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to: Assist Sales staff harvest existing database through dynamic data searches Use Social Media to promote individuals branding Review and strategize potential deployments based off individual’s data Ensure project control and communication of projects. Provide weekly status reports on project goals and completion. Coordinates execution of marketing plans to achieve marketing objectives. Ensure proper communication during network interruptions/resolutions. Partner with the team lead and Director of Marketing on strategy and execution on internal marketing program and projects Update Marketing systems to reflect sales branding Running individual meetings with select Sales staff Assess current process and look for opportunities for efficiencies Other projects and assignments as needed Oversees day to day tasks of Marketing strategic plan Conducts bi-weekly meetings and is accountable to update internal reporting systems Make timely updates to internal reporting systems QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, etc. or equivalent experience Extreme attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with concurrent deliverables. Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. High level of integrity. Interpersonal Skills. NOT REQUIRED BUT NICE TO HAVE: Experience in the mortgage industry. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash. Experience in working with a CRM, Social CRM and SEO systems SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct Reports: N/A PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS : This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required. COMPENSATION: CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $24.00 - $30.00 per hour. Factors that affect base salary may include: Marketing experience, overall knowledge of mortgage industry, number of years worked in mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education. You will listen, connect, and elevate stories that matter, helping Family Members feel supported on their journey. This role combines the community-rooted presence of outreach specialists with the wraparound support of care guides. Duties & Responsibilities * Engage Family Members where they live, worship, and gather (homes, porches, churches, senior centers, neighborhood stores). * Conduct in-person and phone outreach with high-risk, rising-risk, or newly discharged Family Members. * Build trust through consistent presence and culturally aligned, empathetic communication. * Surface and help address barriers to care such as food insecurity, transportation, housing, directly or through referral. * Assist Family Members with paperwork for social services and basic support needs. * Support in-home technology setup (e.g., blood pressure cuff, stethoscope) to enable virtual visits and connect Family Members with the broader care team. * Provide warm handoffs and referrals to care team members and trusted partners and follow up to ensure needs are met. * Serve as a consistent point of contact, adjusting outreach frequency (including in-home visits) based on Family Member needs. * Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other team members during case huddles and planning sessions. * Refer Family Members to the interdisciplinary care team for additional support with medical and behavioral support services and attend visits where appropriate to support building trust. * Document interactions, insights, and emerging needs in CINQIQ and track trust/engagement levels. * RepresentCINQCAREatcommunityeventsandmaintainalocalmapoftrustedpeople and places. Qualifications * Associate degree or a combination of education and experience required; B.S. or B.A. preferred. * 1–3 years of experience in community-based outreach, health education, or related work. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred (varies by region). * Background check and training required prior to field deployment. * Bilingual or multilingual (e.g., Spanish, Haitian Creole, Russian) is a plus. The working environment and physical requirements of the job include: In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace. In this position you will need to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated.
