As a senior software engineer your span will be to architecturally guide development teams and assume ownership of a critical safety functions. You will act on field data of our products, furthermore you will put requirements on development teams. You will work with system level requirements and break them down to software level requirements. You have worked or is working with embedded development of safety critical systems, paired or in combination with C++ as a coding language. What you will do: As a Software Engineer for this position, you will: Develop software using the Rust programming language Participate in the design of the system architecture Decompose requirements Create test cases Manage system build and support tools Manage our CI/CD infrastructure Manage and improve the release process Advanced technical R&D investigations Support various work groups and stakeholders Troubleshooting Work in a strong agile team responsible for creating everything from requirements and software architecture to implementation and testing Who are you? You and your skills: The following skills are required for this position: Knowledge of programming and testing of embedded systems in bare metal format Knowledge of Unix-based tools and processes Good understanding of Automotive Ethernet, including UDP/TCP, and traditional vehicle communication protocols such as CAN and LIN You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written The following are meritorious, but not a requirement: Strong interest in programming skills in an embedded environment with Rust, C++ or C. Where Embedded Systems, Security, and Real-World Products Converge Multiply is an end-to-end provider of products, services, and training within embedded systems, functional safety, and cybersecurity. Our platform, VisFlow, enables structured development, compliance, and lifecycle governance across safety- and security-critical systems. We are now expanding our teams and are looking for Embedded Software Engineers with strong foundations in C/C++, Linux, and low-level systems development to support both customer projects and internal product development.
