Let’s go!   Your mission Join us as a Senior CRM Specialist to execute engaging CRM campaigns across the DACH market. Based in Vienna, you’ll be part of a team of experts in a dynamic fintech environment, helping to craft global communications that drive engagement, retention, and product adoption. This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and creative team player to grow their CRM skills in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team and play a hands-on role in executing campaigns with a strong focus on localisation and high-quality delivery.   What you’ll do  * Assist in delivering global multichannel campaigns (email, push, inapp, and more). * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Analytics) to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and aligned with local nuances. * Support quality assurance processes to make sure every campaign meets our standards - we don’t ship anything we wouldn’t be proud of. * Proactively contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and conduct tests to enhance our CRM campaigns. * Stay organised and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and projects. You’ll craft compelling, high-impact messaging for our go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, major product launches, and investor communications and incentive campaigns.
