DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Assists employees with health and wellness benefits program which includes health, dental, vision, FMLA, short and long term disability, 401k plan, among others. Assists with the Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation program administration. Coordinates and/or conducts employee-relations activities and programs, including but not limited to interpretation of policies, new employee orientation, employee engagement, and employee recognition programs and events. Conducts stay and exit interviews, communicates findings to management. Assists with the performance appraisal process: orientation and year-end performance evaluations. Coordinates and conducts training sessions to meet compliance requirements. Audits and maintains bulletin boards for compliance and other HR postings. Stays abreast of changes in applicable employment laws. Secondary Perform other related duties, special projects, and HR initiatives as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives. CONDITIONS: Work is performed primarily in a temperature-controlled office environment with moderate noise levels due to routine phone and in-person interactions. What you will bring: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. * 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources support, coordinator, or related administrative role. * Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating HRIS platforms and business systems; Dayforce experience preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting tools). * Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, compliance requirements, HR metrics, and data privacy standards preferred. * Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. * Bilingual Spanish skills is a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate through email, chat, and phone. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing business needs and priorities. * Must be able to work effectively with limited supervision and exercise sound judgment. * Proven ability to achieve results independently and collaboratively by fostering teamwork and cooperation. * Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings, as business needs require.
