At Dexory, we build, deploy, and operate autonomous robots that transform logistics and warehouse operations. In just six months,
we went from the first CAD model to a deployed robot at a customer site in May 2023. Two years later, we’ve built and deployed
over 150 robots, grown from a team of 10 to more than 250 people, and continue to scale at startup speed.
Our ambition now is to scale our robotics and autonomy stack to hundreds, soon thousands, of robots operating in dynamic,
real-world environments. As a Robotics Engineer at Dexory, you’ll help us make that possible: designing systems that can be
deployed every two weeks to our global fleet, with zero manual customisation.
The challenge is immense: how do you build a scalable, reliable robotics core that powers a rapidly growing Robot-as-a-Service
platform? If solving that at speed excites you, you’ll feel right at home here. When you apply, provide a few sentences why you
think you’re the right person for this role.
you feel you only meet part of our listed criteria. Diversity drives innovation and we offer an international and friendly work
environment with an energetic company culture.
Starting from the interview process and continuing into your career with us, you will be working by our four Operating Principles:
Joining our team and company isn't just about expertise; it's about embracing uncertainty with ambition. We're crafting
world-changing solutions, fueled by a passion to redefine what's possible. We will look for you to help create and shape the
future of logistics solutions through our products, our culture and our shared vision.

Gravis Robotics is a startup that turns heavy construction machines into intelligent and autonomous robots. Our unique combination of learning-based automation and augmented remote control lets one operator safely conduct a fleet of earthmoving machines in a gamified environment. Our team has over a decade of academic experience honing the cutting edge of large-scale robotics, and is rapidly growing to bring that expertise into a trillion dollar industry through active deployments with market leaders. At Gravis, we engineer solutions at the nexus of hardware and software every day: bringing new perception and control technologies onto powerful, autonomous machines. Our Rooftop Autonomous Control Kit (Rack) combines sensors, compute, communication and networking modules toward a manufacturer-agnostic solution that can be applied to a variety of construction machines regardless of type and age. We are seeking a skilled Global Dynamic Mapping and SLAM Engineer for our perception team: you will help design, develop, test and deploy customized forms of state-of-the-art localization+mapping, state estimation and calibration algorithms—while ensuring production quality implementation and timely execution. A central focus of the role will be the development of global dynamic mapping systems: building and maintaining consistent, scalable, and semantically meaningful maps of active construction sites as they evolve over time. You will work on methods that fuse lidar, inertial, visual, GPS/GNSS, and fleet-level data to support localization, autonomy, remote operation, site understanding, and long-term map maintenance across multiple machines.
Mirai is building the first AI‑driven autonomy platform for vessels under 100 ft, combining advanced robotics, sensor fusion, and onboard intelligence to make every boat autonomous, safer, and dramatically easier to operate. Beyond enabling crewed vessels, Mirai also develops next‑generation Autonomous Surface Vehicles (ASVs) — uncrewed platforms designed for exploration, utility missions, and operational support — all powered by the same Operating System and multi‑layer autonomy framework. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated rapid integration and test robotic engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating hardware and software systems onto unmanned vehicles, and working closely with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, validate and iterate on end‑to‑end autonomy solutions — transforming early concepts into reliable, field‑ready robotic systems.
