WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE Essential * Significant experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Proven track record in high-volume or operations hiring, understanding the unique challenges of scaling warehouse or associate-level recruitment. * Strong understanding of paid media and digital tools, including experience managing job boards and campaign execution platforms. * Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimise candidate funnels and report on campaign impact. * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the adaptability to work across multiple geographies and collaborate with TA, Brand, and Comms teams. ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own our affiliate, word-of-mouth, and referral programs. The right person is a data-led growth marketer who knows how to design incentives, structure programs, and turn happy users and motivated partners into compounding, viral loops of new signups and active customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AFFILIATE PROGRAM OWNERSHIP * Own the end-to-end affiliate program — recruitment, onboarding, activation, payouts, and ongoing performance management * Build a high-quality roster of affiliates across content creators, communities, comparison sites, KOLs, and niche operators relevant to our products * Set commission structures, tiers, and incentives that drive the right behaviour without leaking margin * Continuously prune low performers and double down on what is working REFERRAL AND WORD-OF-MOUTH PROGRAMS * Design, launch, and iterate on user referral programs that turn customers into a reliable acquisition channel * Build word-of-mouth and ambassador motions that amplify product launches and key moments * Create the in-product surfaces, messaging, and reward mechanics that actually get users to share VIRAL LOOPS AND GROWTH MECHANICS * Identify and build viral loops within and around our products — where each new user predictably drives the next * Run structured experiments on incentives, reward design, sharing surfaces, copy, and timing * Map the math of each loop (k-factor, cycle time, payback) and continuously work to improve it DATA, MEASUREMENT, AND REPORTING * Instrument every program end-to-end so attribution, fraud, and performance are clean and reliable * Define and track the core KPIs: referred signups, activation rate, CAC, payback, fraud rate, share rate, k-factor * Build dashboards that make program health legible to the wider team and inform decisions on spend, incentives, and scope * Proactively detect and shut down fraud, abuse, and incentive gaming CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION * Work closely with product and engineering on in-product referral surfaces, tracking, and attribution * Partner with finance and compliance on payout structures, KYC/AML, and program terms * Coordinate with the wider growth, content, social, and partnerships teams to amplify programs at launch and on an ongoing basis REQUIREMENTS * 3–5 years in affiliate, referral, partnerships, or growth marketing with direct ownership of a measurable program * Demonstrable track record growing a meaningful acquisition channel through affiliates, referrals, or viral loops * Strong data orientation — comfortable in spreadsheets, BI tools, and attribution platforms, and confident in SQL or willing to learn * Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, Trackier, Everflow, or similar) and referral tooling * Sharp instincts for incentive design — what motivates partners and users without breaking program economics * Strong written English and the ability to recruit, brief, and manage external partners professionally * Self-starter mindset, comfortable owning a program end-to-end in a fast-moving environment NICE TO HAVE * Working knowledge of crypto, digital assets, and the crypto KOL / ambassador / community ecosystem * Experience running affiliate or referral programs for trading, fintech, or other financial products * Familiarity with crypto-native channels (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, YouTube creators, on-chain campaigns) * Experience with fraud detection and prevention in incentive-driven programs * Comfort using AI tooling for partner research, outreach, and content personalisation WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS * A live, performing affiliate program with a curated roster of partners and clean attribution * A redesigned (or net-new) user referral program with measurable k-factor and steady cycle time * A clear dashboard of program health — signups, CAC, payback, fraud, and share rate — trusted across the team * Demonstrable contribution to overall acquisition from affiliate, referral, and word-of-mouth channels PERKS * Remote Setup * HMO on day 1

In this role, you will manage a broad range of email marketing campaigns to promote our tools and help grow our global sales.
