The difference you will make: As a Senior Front-end Engineer, you will directly shape how fast and how stably Fluix grows. The application is a hybrid Angular/AngularJS codebase, mostly Angular already, with separate components built in React. You'll have full ownership: building new functionality across complex, business-critical modules and keeping the application performant. What you'll work on: * Build and maintain a complex, product-facing web application, applying contemporary architecture patterns as you add functionality and improve performance * Drive technical discussions and own code reviews that keep the codebase consistent and high-quality * Handle technical grooming of tasks, turning rough requirements into accurate estimates and clear priorities * Partner with backend, product, design, and support teams to ship features that work end-to-end, including AI-powered functionality * Take part in the frontend duty rotation, keeping the system stable and resolving live issues as they come up * Champion and follow the established development process, advocating for best practices This role will give you the opportunity to: * Get hands-on with AI development and integration inside the Fluix product * Own the frontend technical direction for new features from day one * Design the architecture behind new features, with decisions that shape the product well past launch About you: * 5+ years of experience building production frontend applications * Deep expertise in Angular, solid knowledge of TypeScript, SCSS * Track record of driving code reviews and technical discussions that raise the bar for a team * Sharp estimation and prioritization skills, honed through hands-on technical grooming * Comfortable operating independently with a track record of owning technical decisions * Strong cross-functional communication, working smoothly with backend, product, design, and support teams It's a plus if you have: * Hands-on experience with React * Experience with Node.js to help bridge frontend and backend work * Familiarity with Java What you will get at Readdle: * Customer-centric culture.
