As Global Operational Excellence Deployment Lead, you will play a key role in bringing AAK's Operational Excellence vision to life across our global manufacturing network and value chain functions. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, you will help embed sustainable ways of working that deliver measurable business results and lasting capability growth. Partnering with leaders and teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, R&D, and Go-to-Market functions, you will coach, challenge, and inspire the organization to strengthen problem-solving capabilities, improve performance, and drive meaningful, sustainable change. Responsibilities · Lead the deployment and embedding of AAK's global Operational Excellence roadmap across assigned production sites and value chain functions, ensuring consistent adoption of OWOW and OWOZ frameworks, standards, and ways of working. · Develop and execute maturity-based deployment roadmaps aligned with site readiness and business priorities, conducting capability assessments, identifying gaps, and co-creating improvement plans with site and functional leaders. · Provide coaching, facilitation, and capability building to leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, R&D, and Go-to-Market functions, strengthening leadership effectiveness, problem-solving capabilities, and end-to-end performance. · Act as the key link between global strategy and local execution, driving governance routines, performance management, cross-functional alignment, and the sustainable implementation of Operational Excellence methodologies while proactively addressing deployment risks and capability gaps. · Partner with Global OpEx Specialists and stakeholders to deploy new standards, methodologies, and tools, while capturing and sharing best practices and field insights to continuously improve AAK's global OpEx framework and transformation journey. About you · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage. · 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, manufacturing, or supply chain operations, including multi-site deployment and transformation experience in complex operational environments. · Proven track record of leading cross-functional Operational Excellence transformations, with strong expertise in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Daily Management Systems (DMS), structured problem solving, and preferably TRACC or comparable OpEx frameworks. · Exceptional coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to develop leaders at all levels, drive alignment across matrix organizations, and achieve sustainable adoption without formal authority. · Analytical, execution-focused, and hands-on, with experience designing deployment roadmaps, conducting maturity assessments, translating insights into measurable actions, and working effectively with both frontline teams and senior leaders in global, multicultural environments. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Public Policy Manager you will collaborate closely with the Public Policy team in Southern Europe and the local team to build and nurture city relationships, and influence critical regulatory and political processes in line with our policy strategy in Spain. In this role you will be collaborating with local, regional and central teams to drive the strategic discussion with the publicly elected stakeholders in the cities where we are currently operating, and work continuously to expand our footprint and improve our position as the obvious choice for new cities tendering for micromobility services in Spain. This will include:  * Developing and building relationships and partnerships with federal, local and regional stakeholders. * Monitoring regulatory developments and municipal requirements to assess our position and recommend future priorities. * Planning and implementing favourable regulations at the local and regional level. * Supporting local partnerships and collaborating with political stakeholders and other third parties. * Driving forward market-specific initiatives and priorities for features or operational changes necessary to position Voi for tenders. * Representing Voi as a supporting POC in industry associations at the national level. * Working with our external communications agency to develop communications tactics, relevant content and implement local communications strategies, and when needed work with local media and journalists to further explain our service and offering. * Support the local operations team with understanding local regulations and solving issues in line with the company's interests. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We’re looking for an analytical, communicative and commercially minded public policy professional, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive strategic discussion with publicly elected representatives. In addition to this, we believe the right person has:  * A Bachelor degree in political science, communications, transport, urban planning or similar * 3+ years of professional experience working in the political sector or public policy, e.g. in the city council, state parliament, a company, or in an agency as a public policy consultant * Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken * Strong presentation and communication skills * Strong writing skills and the ability to summarise complex political issues in simple explanations and compelling messages * A structured and analytical approach to identifying trends and upcoming regulations and their impact * Experience in the mobility sector is a merit WHY VOI? YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Public Policy Manager for Switzerland and Austria, you will build and nurture strong relationships with cities and key stakeholders, and influence critical regulatory and political processes in line with Voi’s policy strategy. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are an analytical, communicative, and commercially minded public policy professional who builds trust-based relationships and can confidently drive strategic discussions with publicly elected representatives. You enjoy working cross‑functionally and turning complex regulatory topics into clear, actionable priorities.
