Role Overview: Working with our customer’s engineering teams, you’ll lead and contribute to all phases of the Neo4j implementation

YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Public Policy Manager you will collaborate closely with the Public Policy team in Southern Europe and the local team to build and nurture city relationships, and influence critical regulatory and political processes in line with our policy strategy in Spain. In this role you will be collaborating with local, regional and central teams to drive the strategic discussion with the publicly elected stakeholders in the cities where we are currently operating, and work continuously to expand our footprint and improve our position as the obvious choice for new cities tendering for micromobility services in Spain. This will include: * Developing and building relationships and partnerships with federal, local and regional stakeholders. * Monitoring regulatory developments and municipal requirements to assess our position and recommend future priorities. * Planning and implementing favourable regulations at the local and regional level. * Supporting local partnerships and collaborating with political stakeholders and other third parties. * Driving forward market-specific initiatives and priorities for features or operational changes necessary to position Voi for tenders. * Representing Voi as a supporting POC in industry associations at the national level. * Working with our external communications agency to develop communications tactics, relevant content and implement local communications strategies, and when needed work with local media and journalists to further explain our service and offering. * Support the local operations team with understanding local regulations and solving issues in line with the company's interests.
