Vi ser etter en Sales Assistant som vil spille en viktig rolle i å drive butikkens resultater gjennom god service, solid gjennomføring og godt samarbeid. I denne rollen vil du være en del av den daglige driften i butikken, og vil være mest som kassemedarbeider, for å sikre at kundene får best mulig opplevelse, samtidig som du bidrar til salg og operasjonell kvalitet. Stillingen er en deltidsstilling på 10-20% For denne stillingen, må man være over 18 år. Hva du vil jobbe med​ Salg og kundeservice • Aktivt oppsøke kunder og bidra til salg på butikkgulvet • Gi god og profesjonell service, og sikre at kundene finner riktige produkter • Bidra til å nå daglige og ukentlige salgsmål gjennom proaktivt salg • Bruke produktkunnskap til å veilede kunder og anbefale relevante produkter og tilleggssalg • Bidra i kampanjer, sesongaktiviteter og prioriterte salgsområder Butikkdrift • Opprettholde butikkstandarder og sikre god varepresentasjon • Utføre daglige rutiner slik at butikken er ryddig, organisert og klar for salg • Fylle på varer, kontrollere priser og gjennomføre kampanjer • Bistå med vareleveranser, utpakking og organisering på lager • Betjene kasse som blir en av hovedoppgavene • Følge HMS-rutiner og sikre et trygt og ryddig arbeidsmiljø Samarbeid og kommunikasjon • Samarbeide med kolleger på tvers av avdelinger i butikken • Delta i møter, opplæring og butikkaktiviteter • Dele kunnskap og bidra til utvikling av kolleger • Bidra til et godt arbeidsmiljø og lagånd For å lykkes i rollen, tror vi at du er:​ • Serviceinnstilt og liker å hjelpe kunder • Proaktiv, pålitelig og komfortabel med et høyt tempo • En lagspiller med positiv innstilling • Interesse for retail, sport eller en aktiv livsstil • Fleksibel og villig til å jobbe på tvers av ulike områder i butikken Hvorfor jobbe i XXL?​ Hos XXL blir du en del av en arbeidsplass som kombinerer en aktiv og variert arbeidshverdag, sterk lagfølelse og gode muligheter for utvikling.
